房間很好，設施齊全，衞生很好，環境不錯，有小冰箱，裏面有飲品，服務態度很好，有免費早餐，水果，暖心宵夜，超大的浴缸很滿意，免費奔馳車接送因為沒有搶到高鐵票下次再體驗，推薦來邯鄲的可以考慮這個酒店。

設施：房間內的圓形大沙發很舒服；沒想到房內還有電腦，雖然沒打開；樓下有地上停車位，車位數量有限。酒店內大廳環境很棒。吃早餐出門去隔壁，餐廳不太大，種類一般但味道不錯，很新鮮，尤其是蝦，銀耳羹也是料很足，誠意滿滿！非常推薦吃這兒的早餐～電梯衹有一部，比較小，高峯需要排隊。一次性拖鞋太有創意啦，去過很多城市，頭一次看到布藝格子的圖案，很喜歡，特意帶回家啦～房間內細心配備了紙袋還很方便。mini bar 裏的飲料價格真是特別實在，絲毫沒有亂價，這點很難得～唯一小缺點就是因為房間床的位置和衞生間很緊湊，地板連接處的突出地磚很容易磕到，需要注意
衞生：房間內無異味，床品無異味。頭一次見到如此豪放的放一整盒大的舒膚佳香皂的酒店，哈哈哈
服務：前台非常熱情，而且看我帶孩子拿行李不方便，主動全程替拿行李和歡迎水果送到房間～退房時也主動詢問入住感受，並送飲用水，細節感十足，真是用行動詮釋酒店的標語“低調奢華，歡迎回家”～前台處還有很多便民小用品，很棒
暖心宵夜:九點以後有粥、麪條餛飩這些，但是我們沒叫餐，應該還不錯吧
休閑下午茶:哈密瓜、西瓜、火龍果、小番茄一盒子，一點兒不含糊

很滿意的一次入住體驗。房間乾淨舒適，隔音效果很好，氣味清新。停車方便，周邊娛樂服務設施齊全。提供果品、夜宵，這很難得，也好美味。早餐很豐盛，口味中西合璧。服務人員從前台到領班，從經理到門衞都盡心盡力。很滿意的一次入住體驗，讓我們一行對邯鄲充滿好感。

金喜鵲酒店，地理位置很好，周圍有很多餐館，吃飯不成問題。大堂不是很大，裝修還可以，前台服務很好，還有夜宵服務，這點值得表揚！房間裝修很有特色，面積空間略顯侷促，周圍居民樓早上有些吵鬧，房間空調噪音很大！每日貼心的水果，值得表揚！早餐種類不多，管理混亂，餛飩和麪等需要等很久，口味一般，補餐也不是很及時！地下停車場，光線很暗，地面很臟，服務人員很好，衹是電梯衹能上到大堂，不能下到停車場，很不方便！總體，這家酒店，主打服務至上的宗旨，這點做的確實不錯！衹是瑜不遮瑕，欲蓋彌彰，很多硬件設施以及環境餐飲問題還是無法保證的！

到邯鄲出差，選了好久才選了這家酒店，果然不讓我失望
環境：酒店很舒適，乾淨整潔，看阿姨一直在忙碌打掃中；大床房內有超大彩電，洗漱用品配備特別齊全，有一整塊包裝好的香皂簡直是第一次見到，枕頭也很舒服，晚上睡得很舒服！
服務：服務真的沒的説，前台有各種方便使用的物件，耳塞棉簽酒精棉片之類的；讓我震驚的是酒店包含早餐、下午茶、夜宵（估計是要打電話叫，沒有直接配送），非常貼心！
如果下次還來邯鄲，還住這裏！

酒店位置很好，距離美樂城和大劇院很近，房間很乾凈，沒有異味，酒店每個人服務都很熱情，早餐很豐富，大概有二十多種，很好吃，酒店的設施設備很齊全，環境也很好，退房時間延遲到晚上八點，很贊！晚上的夜宵很不錯，真是一家性價比很高的寶藏酒店

不得不説，真是太值了，有高鐵站免費接送服務，司機師傅很熱情，門口的保安師傅還幫忙拿行李，前台服務很好，房間乾淨整潔，乾濕分離，很棒！有免費的下午茶給送到房間，早餐豐富多樣，晚上還有夜宵特別好吃，最讚的是退房時間延遲到晚上八點，推薦推薦
