I don’t know that the sushi has been made for a few days, and the surface is air-dried. After dinner, at the entrance of the restaurant, I saw the service guy at the front desk laughing and playing with the waiter girl in the restaurant. I didn't say hello when I saw the guests. It was really out of order. I really want to say that the hotel's new opening soon, the hardware facilities and the environment are good in all aspects, but the management of the waiters is too poor, and there is no sense of service at all. This kind of service is too much.

酒店離邯鄲東站很近，在一條幽靜的小路上。服務非常好，電梯，房門都採用人臉識別，房間也很大。房間內的設備初衷應該是為了高科技先進感，比如小度、熱水器、智能馬桶。但是小度經常網絡出現錯誤未連接，連叫三次都回答你網絡好像有點問題；熱水器挺好的，如果有個簡單的説明書就更好了，稍許研究了一會，另外晚上睡覺要關掉，不然那個屏上的燈就一直亮着；智能馬桶真的是最大的吐槽點！一坐下就會噴水，濺在屁股上，自動沖水也是！最後衹能每次上廁所時，先把它關了，不讓它自動噴水，然後上完廁所，再把它打開，因為要沖馬桶（關了就沒有沖馬桶的按鍵）房間裏有根三頭的免費用的充電線很人性，但是，充電口是亮燈的，如果晚上睡覺用這根線，那麼就一直亮着……房間空調開着有點吵，但是五一的天氣（12-25度）的晚上，關了睡覺會被熱醒。酒店的早餐還算可以的，品種蠻多的，質量和味道因人而異吧，另外沒有現磨咖啡沒有黃油沒有果醬配麪包哦。有一點個人挺介意的是，白煮蛋的殼上粘着雞屎和泥，看着有點……蛋明顯沒有沖洗過就一鍋煮了。最後，第一天入住洗了頭，第二天晚上洗澡時發現，前一天洗頭掉的頭髮，依然在浴室漏水槽，阿姨並沒有清潔掉……整體而言，酒店還是不錯的，還是可以摸着良心推薦給大家的。

帶95歲老母出行回京最後一站住的酒店，非常好！乾淨衞生、服務態度好、環境設施好、乳膠床墊和枕頭，睡的很舒服，停車方便而且酒店對面還有充電樁，房間層高、敞亮、智能化~刷臉進電梯、進房間、人走（進）燈滅（亮）；長者夜裡如廁方便…以至於我退房時忘記交房卡了。對了，我一不小心打碎了一衹漱口杯，離店時告知前台提出賠償，沒想到居然免賠，大氣👍👍哦，餐廳服務也很到位，入住徬晚我們去古城轉轉，把95歲高齡的老母留在房間，臨行前去餐廳點餐，飯做好後他們及時送到房間裏，解決了我們的後顧之憂。總之，這是一次非常好的入住體驗。不足之處我覺得淋浴和坐便器分開為好，洗完澡坐便器上全是水，而且坐便器是智能害怕漏電

環境設施都很好，房間乾淨！早餐也好！唯一要説的就是智能化太高了，高的有些沒有安全感！入住時要掃描人臉，以為公安要求，一進電梯自動顯示了我要去的樓層，開始還好奇不知道怎麼回事，後來才知道電梯裏也有人臉掃描！我還是覺得自己刷卡去我要去的樓層比較好！

房間是智能控制，乳膠枕很舒服，馬桶晚上沖水有點聲大，停車場很大，適合自駕。前台服務員説話生硬，提出意見後態度很好。早餐還算豐富，有得可選，餛飩好吃。特別表揚二層餐廳的小夥子，我們在酒店吃的晚餐，小夥子特別實在，在我們糾結的時候給我們特別好的建議，我們吃的非常舒服可口。
