Hangzhou Xiaoshan District 5-star Hotels

This is our second time to stay at this resort and it didn’t disappoint. Everything about it is perfect for a family to rest, play and have fun. Our room was upgraded to a cabin. This is a fun place tucked away in the trees, but if you want to stay close to the action, choose the guest rooms. The resort is much quieter on the during the weekdays and you notice a significant increase in people on the weekend as you would expect. The Senbo Rainforest restaurant has everything you need for breakfast and dinner. For anything else, there are lots of reasonably priced food outlets that serve decent portions of food. This is a fun place to be. I highly recommend any stay here.

It was a realy nice hotel with great service but if your main reason for going to Hangzhou is West lake I would suggest looking for something closer (especially during holidays) because its quite far from the lake and railway station. Otherwise its great!

I purchased the package in advance and added the butler Mr. Chen's WeChat message before the trip. I specifically told him that my child was having a birthday. Butler Chen was very enthusiastic and helped me simply decorate the room with some balloons and also gave the baby some small gifts. The kid was very happy when he came in. There is a children's playground, a sand digging area, a water park, a cute pet paradise, and basically you can stay in a hotel. The dinner provided by the hotel is also very sumptuous. The plates are shaped like cars and small airplanes and the kids like it very much. But his favorite is the bear mousse cake. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and the overall experience is very good, 👍

Next to the hotel is Hangzhou paradise and rotten apple paradise. It's worth playing. My baby came to play for several days and was very happy. It was relaxed for a few days on holidays, the room was also very good, and sun Jiwei was also very good, When I clean the room, he understands with one wink and one gesture. A good trip.

Pros - Front of hotel/lobby staff, young females and males helping with luggage etc. were very professional, prompt and provided great service - thank you! - We liked it the first night so stayed another - The checkin and out was fast and efficient - Chuck at Carrousel restaurant provided exemplary service, he anticipated our needs, was informative, helpful and very professional - The buffet dinner is delicious, especially the seafood and dessert - The room is great, good attention to detail, my fav TWG tea, delicious fruit, spacious and very clean - Good gym and pool area - Very prompt service Could be better - The bed is on the firm side, with a pillow top. Unlike Kempinski, they don’t have rooms with soft and hard beds. - The AC is always at 24, but the bed gets hot so it was annoying waking up sweaty - perhaps a lighter filled blanket would be appropriate - The curtains had a gap at the top right hand corner which we couldn’t reach, so light would fill the room very early FYI - 23 minutes to Westlake, close to airport, convenience stores around and malls not far - As usual they have generous discounts on food like their buffets for in-house guests

Secondly, I’m so in love with this hotel, it’s very modern, very clean, stylish & the rooms are big enough. It’s my second stay & I would stay here all over again & again. I’m treated like a Princess 👑. Whole staff at this hotel is very professional, polite & very helpful, always covered with smiles. For me, honestly I’m very satisfied with everything. I have no complaints at all. The assistant manager too is so kind, I had some personal troubles and she was quick to find a solution which made me so happy & lightened. The valet/ door attendants are also very helpful. Five stars .

The hotel lobby is very spacious and looks majestic. The service in a star-rated hotel is really good. The hotel has robots, swimming pools, gyms, and buffets. It's all good for the price. Fang Ping at the front desk even helped upgrade it when I checked in. Room type, really nice

A long-established hotel in the center of the city, near the South Railway Station. The place is spacious, parking is convenient, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the breakfast is delicious.
