Jinduoduo High-End Apartment (Olympic Sports Center)

"I chose this place because it's incredibly close to the concert venue—at most a ten-minute walk. The room was clean and tidy, and check-in was smooth and convenient. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby—everything you need! I would definitely choose this place again next time."

Amanfayun Hotels in Hangzhou

Amanfayun

"By chance, I returned to Amanfayun after a year. Aside from a minor unpleasant incident during check-in (which was beyond their control), the overall experience was perfect. I noticed the changes the hotel has undergone in a year. For example, the Amanfayun sign at the intersection has been replaced (the old one had more character, haha). The room now has a new Bluetooth-enabled speaker and a capsule coffee machine. The welcome amenity has changed from four small snacks to two small packets in the minibar, and they've added Longjing beer and an extra luggage rack. However, they've maintained what should be kept, like not adding lights, smart toilets, or TVs – these are things I believe shouldn't change. The entire team was more vibrant, lively, enthusiastic, professional, and meticulous than last time. This visit, I truly felt that every staff member I met could immediately recognize me and address me by my surname. (When the shuttle was taking me to check out, I dropped some personal items on the road. A staff member I saw on the roadside called the front desk. I said I hadn't lost anything, and the front desk repeatedly confirmed with me, but the staff member was so sure it was mine. When they brought it over, it indeed was! 😄). The service was subtly predictive and attentive. The housekeeping auntie, seeing me wandering outside my room, told me I could ask the front desk if I wanted to tour a room, which I actually had been thinking of doing. 👍 At the time, I was wearing slippers, and the ground was a bit wet, so when she cleaned the room later, she left two extra pairs of slippers. She also noticed I used the coffee machine and boiled water for tea, so she placed extra bottles of water in that area. Charging cables were neatly coiled, and a mat was placed under my personal toiletries bag, among other thoughtful details. There was a warm welcome and send-off in every area. I found out that going to Faxi Temple would take half an hour on foot, and it was hot and humid with no other suitable transportation. I casually mentioned it in the breakfast restaurant, and the hotel immediately arranged a shuttle for me. It was an empty small road, and after a ten-minute walk after getting off, I arrived at the main entrance of Faxi Temple. I was the only one on the entire path, very serene. When they came to pick me up to return to the hotel, they thoughtfully prepared iced water and iced towels. At check-out, I saw a cute little cat lying on my bill, and finally, the staff members saw me off to the car. I look forward to my next visit. P.S. The hotel is a bit stingy with upgrades! I booked a package that included a free upgrade this time, but didn't get one, especially as a returning guest. ゚(゚´ω`゚)゚。"

Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre Hotels in Hangzhou

Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Hangzhou Centre, and very close to Hangzhou Tower and the newly opened Hang Lung Plaza. I've always loved Four Seasons hotels, even when I was abroad, and this one at Hangzhou Centre did not disappoint; the experience was fantastic. Check-in is on the 10th floor, and then you take a separate guest elevator up to your room. It's super convenient that food deliveries can be brought right to your door. The service was great, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The body lotion smelled amazing too, which made me happy!"

Hangzhou West Lake Orchid Retreat Resort Hotel (Wulin Square, Xianingqiao Metro Station Branch)

"On a business trip to Hangzhou, this hotel is a great choice for business travelers. The room is quiet, so you don't have to worry about being disturbed, and the spacious desk makes it convenient to work in the evenings. Housekeeping cleans thoroughly every day, and the lobby even offers free lemon water, a nice touch when you need a break and some hydration. Commuting around the area is easy, saving time and effort when heading to commercial districts for business. It's a truly reassuring stay! 👏"

Hangzhou Xingdu Hotel Hotels in Hangzhou

Hangzhou Xingdu Hotel

"The room was surprisingly big, with a huge bathroom, extremely clean. We were surprised to receive a welcome gift of snacks. The gym was very well-equipped for a hotel gym. The breakfast has good variety, with both Chinese and Western options. This is a five-star hotel experience for an affordable price."

Media Hotel Hotels in Hangzhou

Media Hotel

"Overall, it was just okay. It's very close to in77, within walking distance, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, not far from the night market either. As for transportation, since it's near West Lake, traffic is really bad. Luckily, there's a subway station nearby, so I wouldn't recommend taking a taxi unless absolutely necessary; the subway is much better. Regarding the accommodation, well, the hotel is quite old, and the facilities are dated. Although I got a free room upgrade, soundproofing is still a major drawback. Whether it was conversations in the hallway or children running around upstairs, if I hadn't been so tired from a day of sightseeing and just wanted to rest, I would have definitely complained to the front desk. P.S. On another note, I'd like to praise the breakfast; it was pretty good!"

"The Zhejiang Hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to Wulin Night Market. Right outside, you'll find the Line 1 subway station and a large shopping mall nearby. If you get a room facing West Lake, you can enjoy distant views of the lake! The breakfast is also very good, and best of all, it starts serving at 6:30 AM, which is super convenient for early risers. Many popular local food spots downstairs don't open that early, so it's a huge plus."
