The hotel staff (Ms Lilia and a male service staff) were very helpful by helping us sending two courier packages. The breakfast meals/food should make some changes after 1-2 days. We stayed for 3 days, having same foods everyday was not fun. The location near to metro and very convenient.

Because I was going to Lingyin Temple the next day, I chose a holiday. It is relatively convenient to go to West Lake. You can drive to the hotel and then take the subway to West Lake, and then go to Southern Song Dynasty Imperial Street for snacks. The hotel will have good food the next day. You can go directly to Lingyin Temple for breakfast. It is very convenient to go to Lingyin Temple from the hotel. There is a bus to Lingyin Temple just outside the door. It takes 8 minutes. If you live nearby, you don’t need to drive. The hotel facilities are good and the underground parking lot is convenient for parking. , Holiday Inn is still as clean as ever, breakfast is still relatively simple, but you can still eat enough, and the front desk is relatively enthusiastic. I will continue to stay at Holiday Inn next year.

Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Hangzhou Railway East Station and connected to multiple subway lines. There is also a 万象汇shopping mall nearby which has many popular restaurants in Hangzhou so you can enjoy local delicacies without travelling far. The hotel is also connected to another shopping where there are many local restaurants at affordable prices and there is Burger King and Starbucks too. The hotel staff at the conceirge and housekeeping ladies are courteous and friendly to render assistance when my room key has issue unlocking my room door. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast has quite a wide variety of western and chinese food, which is value for money. I like the noodle bar as the lady manning the station could customise my noodle as I could not consume beef. I will choose this hotel again when I visit Hangzhou for travel . 😊
