Staying at the hotel left the best impression: convenient location, nice services. I really liked the European breakfast, there was American, vegetables and omelette. Very polite staff! The furniture in the room may have looked old-fashioned, but the room was very clean, with a soft mattress and all the necessary amenities. The only thing that surprised me was that there was no door between the room and the bathroom. It was very nice to receive a small compliment every day(yogurt, banana and tomato). Every day my room was cleaned, towels were changed and water was brought. My room was non-smoking, but unfortunately the room was opposite the elevator where people smoked, so the smoke was coming into the room. The woman at the reception helped me a lot with the necessary purchases online, unfortunately, I didn’t have time to ask her name.

- Did not hike room rates during national day
Bad
- Laundry room is hard to locate as it's label as staffroom.
- No dryer in laundry room is kinda useless
- dated decor. Needs refurbishment
- breakfast utensils need deep cleaning. Bowls and cups are stained

The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly. It is just 2 stops on metro line 4 from the East railway station, and about 25 minute didi ride to West Lake. The bedroom and bathroom are high quality with lots of amenities and the bed is comfy

The front desk service is meticulous and thoughtful. The free room upgrade also includes breakfast. There is also free breakfast in the room. The transportation is very convenient. Thumbs up for the service and location

The facilities are standard old four-star hotels, but the price is cheap, the service is good, the attitude is good. The lady also upgraded the room type. There are fruits every day when you check in. When you leave, it rains and she also gave you an umbrella and a small gift.

It's very close to the subway entrance, only one minute's walk. When I left, the lady at the front desk gave the children a gift, which even included a hand warmer. The children loved it. There is also self-service tea and laundry room.

The hotel has an extremely advantageous geographical location and convenient transportation, allowing guests to easily check in. The front desk staff of the hotel is warm, generous and friendly, and provided me with a lot of help. The lady and brother at the front desk also gave me a New Year's gift when I checked out.
