JI Hotel properties in Hangzhou

The room was spacious, simple, and comfortable. The front desk staff, both the men and women, were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The check-in process was quick and convenient. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle service, which was incredibly helpful for someone like me catching an early morning flight. This is my second stay here, and overall, I'm quite satisfied. They even kindly offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch, though I couldn't use it because of my early flight – a small regret! I'll definitely return if I need a hotel in the future.

The room was very clean. We booked a king-size bed room, which could comfortably sleep three people. The bathroom was spacious with a separate wet and dry area, and the toilet even had a heating function, which was a nice touch. The service was also excellent; the cleaning staff tidied up our room when we went out. The front desk staff were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to West Lake, Intime in77, and Kerry Centre, all within walking distance. It's also very near the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient.

The location is fantastic, right across from West Lake, and it's a direct 10-minute walk to Line 7 for the airport. The view from the window is excellent. The staff are all incredibly friendly and seem genuinely happy in their work. One evening, I had a pair of pants in the dryer and was too lazy to go down and get them. I mumbled to the Huazhu App's AI, wishing someone could bring them up, and five minutes later, a handsome young male attendant rang my doorbell with my pants! The washer and dryer are incredibly convenient, and the staff are just wonderful. If I had to nitpick for areas of improvement, I'd suggest upgrading the electric kettle, teapot, and tea tray to ones from Chaozhou or Fujian, which are typically better. The current kettle tends to overflow, and the teapot is only really suitable for teabags. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The room is very clean and in good condition. There is a laundry room and a gym. The service is in place. The special forces went on a National Day trip and arrived at the hotel very late. There was no time to take photos. Hangzhou is very good. Come back next time.

Hygiene: It's very clean, with great attention to detail in sanitation, and the room had no strange odors. Environment: There are plenty of dining options near the hotel, and it's not far from West Lake. Service: The front desk lady was very helpful; she gave us two key cards at check-in and proactively asked if we needed warm water at check-out. Thumbs up!👍

Guest rooms include Xilinmen mattresses, smart toilets, 65-inch LCD TVs with projection screens, and natural essential oil toiletries, a tea set, and a selection of teas. The hotel also offers its own shampoo, conditioner, and bath products. In addition, a delivery robot provides convenient service for guests.

Great location for concerts! Only one stop away from the Lotus Flower and very close to the East Railway Station. Highly recommended for friends who come to the concert! The hotel is very clean and the service is good. I usually choose the All Seasons when I go out. There is also a forest park next to the hotel. It is very comfortable to take a walk in the morning and the scenery is great. Also, remember not to stay in a room near the elevator, as the rooms inside are quieter.

After reading many guides before my trip, I chose the Atour Hotel (Hangzhou Erqing Building Branch). First off, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and check-in was super quick. They promptly brought and installed the bed rail I requested. Although the room type I booked this time wasn't huge, it was immaculately clean, tidy, and very quiet. Secondly, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic; it's less than a minute's walk from Exit A of Fengqi Road. There are lots of charming little shops nearby that are great for browsing, and the area is an old residential neighborhood with a strong local vibe and plenty of delicious food options. Walking back to the hotel from Intime Department Store was also a breeze. This is definitely a hotel I'd love to stay at again.

The hotel's location is excellent. Right out of the high-speed train station, you take the accessible elevators (East 1 and East 2) up to the 4th floor, and there's the Ji Hotel. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, the room is spotless and well-maintained, and it's fully equipped with clean facilities. The environment is quiet and elegant. There are also convenience stores nearby, and the station entrance is just across the road, making it very close and convenient.

Really liked this hotel! The front desk staff were super friendly, and they even upgraded us to a family room when they saw I had a child with me. The room was also very clean and tidy, which was a big plus. Breakfast was satisfying and perfectly suited my Jiangsu palate. Right downstairs is the Wulin Night Market, and Feng Xiaolao Hotpot is also highly recommended and not too far away. We walked to West Lake every day, and the distance was perfectly fine.
