Linan Downtown and Qingshan Lake scenic spot
The hotel is set in an amazing location next to Qingshan Lake and the scenery is beautiful. Every thing about the hotel was great apart from one incident in the evening that we stayed there. It was my first time meeting my girlfriend's mum so I decided to take them to this hotel as it has great reviews online and Qingshan Lake is an amzing place. My girlfriend's mum loves to play cards so after dinner we played in the hotel bar which was empty like most hotel bars in China. After buying a bottle of beer that was 4 times more expensive than a supermarket, we played about 3 or 4 hands but then one of the ladies who worked there came over and said we needed to stop playing. I asked why but she had no answer other we couldn't play and should go back to our rooms. Shortly after this her superior arrived and had the same message but again no reason why. I agreed we would leave because it was quite awkward but I asked to be refunded for the beer I had just bought. The manager gave me 38yuan on cash is difficult to spend these days in China, she didn't even make eye contact with me as she slammed it down on the table where we were sat. It was a little bit disappointing because this hotel is definately worth a visit.

i have been to the hot springs three times before but I had never stayed at the hotel. This was my first time. I imagine the receptionist felt a little nervous when faced with two foreigners and maybe she felt shy. However, I found her lack of greeting, not a 你好 or 下午好， a little cold. When she did communicate with us, it was in super fast Mandarin to which I requested 请慢慢说 to no avail. She repeated just as fast twice more. I felt frustrated and then resorted to using a translation app. She called over an English-speaking Indonesian staff member. I don’t have the expectation that people will speak English to me, but I do appreciate slowing down in Mandarin and using simpler language. Hand gestures help a lot also. I wish she had told us the WiFi password, and where to access the hot springs. These are two key pieces of information a receptionist should provide when you check into a hot springs hotel. Our room had plastic flip flops to be worn to the hot springs. My pair had two left feet. When I showed the staff member on the second floor, she was helpful and got me a new pair. The hot springs were lovely, as usual. The buffet breakfast was better than the buffet dinner. The layout of the hotel leaves you walking from building to building. At first it’s confusing, but then it becomes okay.

The room is clean and tidy. The dry and wet separation is very good. The bedding could be cleaned more carefully. Dinner and breakfast are all enjoyed in the hotel. The quality of the dinner is very good, and it is a bit like a combination of Cantonese and Hangzhou cuisine. There are not many choices for breakfast, but the taste is pretty good. The overall feeling is that the hotel service is in place and you can feel the enthusiasm. . The view from the south-facing room is pretty good. After booking, I called you to ask about room requirements. This was quite detailed. The overall experience was great~

I booked a loft family room in a hot spring hotel recommended in my book. It was more cost-effective for the whole family. A little accident happened on the way (there were a lot of bugs on the bed). I informed the front desk and they immediately changed my room (and upgraded it). I hope the hotel is hygienic. It's good to go to the hot springs when there aren't many people. Afternoon tea is also provided and there are more varieties. However, when I went there, I almost collected the meal and left after eating a few bites. I paid 168 for breakfast per person. To be honest, it's not worth it. At this price, the cute pet park is just for chickens, ducks and geese. It’s very simple. There are still many grass skaters. It’s 50 yuan. After arriving at the hotel twice, you can call a shuttle bus wherever you go. After you check out, the door post will give you two bottles of drinking water. When you check out, you find that you left something behind. I contacted the hotel and said it would be sent to me, but it has not been sent to me on the third day. I hope it will be sent to me as soon as possible. Overall, it is not bad.

During the Spring Festival this year, the whole family chose to stay in a hotel in Tianmu Mountain and booked a quadruple room with mountain view. Unlike other hotels, I did not receive advance greetings from hotel staff before traveling. However, I saw advance greetings in other reviews, so I did not Know what the hotel’s screening criteria are. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff who checked in were not very friendly and very routine, but some of the service staff I met later were more enthusiastic. One thing to say is that the exterior design of the hotel is very thoughtful and impressive, but the soundproofing facilities in the rooms cannot be said to be very bad. I can only say that they are almost non-existent. You can even hear the noise in the next room if you don't want to. . . In addition, the central air conditioning in the hotel is fixed and cannot be controlled in the room. It can only be turned off directly. However, it was still very hot. The elders almost lost sleep because of the heat on the first night. The last thing I want to say is that the hotel's breakfast is not satisfactory. If you need to spend extra money to buy it, I really don't recommend it.

This hotel is a garden-style hotel. It is on the roof of Baolong City. The environment is very good. The room is not big but very clean. Thanks to the two front desk ladies Tiantian and Xiao Shen who welcomed us in and helped us upgrade the room type. The hotel's breakfast is also rich and a good experience
