Hotel is perfectly located, in the old quarter. The room is clean, beautiful and big and the staff is really nice and helpful. I totally recommend it if you wanna stay and visit Hanoi for a few days.

I recently stayed at La Siesta Classic Hang Thung for one night, and honestly, it wasn't enough! Hotel Property: 1. The hotel's location is great. It's right in the middle of Hanoi's Old Quarter, so you can easily walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and enjoy the lively atmosphere. 2. What's cool is that the hotel is only two months old and it looks amazing. The rooms are a good size, and the modern design is Instagram-worthy. It's pretty impressive they even squeezed in a pool in the middle of the tight Old Quarter spaces. Service 1. We got to the hotel really early from Sapa, and our rooms weren't ready, but Mr. VP at the front desk was super nice. He went out of his way to arrange a shower for us. It was a real help to get us cleaned up from the long train ride. 2. I accidentally booked a room for 3 persons when there was only 2 of us. Mr.VP immediately noticed it and upgraded us to a junior suite without us knowing. That was a pleasant surprise and definitely made our day. The Not-So-Great Stuff: There were a couple of small issues that could have made the overall experience even better. 1. We asked for more water and ice around 9 pm, but they never brought it. Eventually, we went out and buy water, and reminded the front desk to send some ice to the room. But even after reminding the front desk personally, no ice came all night. 2. Food at breakfast was good, but the service could he better. When we wanted to sit by the window, the server insisted that we sit at another table. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her that we prefer to sit by the window. She then cleared our table quite unwillingly. She just changed the cutlery but did not replace the used placemats. We didn't bother her after that as she seemed annoyed. But despite these minor hiccups, I'd definitely recommend La Siesta Classic Hang Thung to anyone looking for a great stay in Hanoi. It's a lovely place with pretty and clean rooms and lovely front desk staff.

Great hotel in a good location, the staff is excellent and the breakfast is quite rich.

We stayed for two night in the hotel. The first night was horrible since the room was close to the road. It was very noisy during the whole night which we could not sleep at all. We talked to the staff in the next morning and we have change to the other room which near the pool side. The room was so much better and we had a good sleep. We stayed in the other sister hotel, it was so much better there. Hopefully the sound proof of the room can be improved in the future.

It's close to Hanoi's Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, and the staff are very well trained. The rooftop bar is small but nice. There is a shop in front of the hotel where you can buy alcohol. Other than the slight smell of the underground gym, there's nothing else to say. The breakfast is also delicious.

The service attitude of the hotel is very good. The staff is polite but the hygiene needs to be improved. We found insects on the bed.

The hotel staff are kind and courteous, the arrangements are thoughtful and attentive, and the place is clean. There is also a beautiful waitress who helps us arrange everything. Our flight back to Hong Kong is at 9 o'clock, and she has arranged a take-out breakfast for us to take away at 6 o'clock. , careful and warm.

Overall it was a very nice hotel. The staff were very kind and friendly, such as telling us about recommended places and shops when we checked in, or calling us if we were having trouble picking up someone for the tour we had booked. . In particular, Ms.Quynhh and Mr.VP helped me a lot. The interior was stylish and the room was clean. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and it was very delicious. This is a recommended hotel!

It's hard to rate this hotel. It's very local, but if you say it's very good, it's not. Slippers cannot be taken away, and even the laundry bag has a price tag, so please do not take it away. Make guests feel disrespected. After all, this hotel has a five-star price in the local area and the breakfast is good. This hotel does not have a roofbar. Check-out has to wait for a strict ward inspection, which is very rare. I communicated with the waiter to rush the car, and he said that we are helping you check the things you missed, and you need to wait until the inspection is completed.
