"It was a little bigger than l expected . l actually didn't have much expectation from a transit hotel. I booked a car thru them to be sure to go to Airport since this place is away from the city . thankfully l did , just b4 heading out it started to rain heavily . its not letting me post pics"
Tru by Hilton Hanoi Station
"The service was excellent, very polite and accommodating. Our flight arrived early, and they promptly arranged for us to check in. The hotel's proximity to the train station was a huge plus, as we were heading to Sapa after just one night's stay. Choosing this hotel was definitely a smart decision."

"The hotel is very new and located right next to Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff is excellent."
Sora Hotel Hanoi
"I stayed at Sora Hotel Hanoi for one night and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel looks quite new, and everything was clean and well maintained. My room was not very big but nicely arranged, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. One thing I liked was how quiet the room was. Even though it had an internal window, it actually helped reduce noise from outside, which made it easier to rest after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and they were quick to assist whenever I had a question. Location is also convenient to get around the city, especially for short stays. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced hotel in Hanoi. I would consider staying here again next time."
La Beaute Boutique Hotel & Spa
"Great for sightseeing, very convenient."
Golden Hotel Ha Noi
"The place is so nice the vibe is good . The stores are a bit far but overall all it was a good experience and the staff is good aswell"
Aurora Premium - A Lifestyle Hotel
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the hotel kindly fulfilled our request for a high-floor, quiet room. Even though it is located in the Old Quarter, we had a peaceful stay and slept very well. A special thank you to Peony for her excellent service. We reported an issue with the bathroom drainage, and she quickly arranged for a technician to fix it. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Thank you as well to Jenie for her friendly and smooth service during check-out. She made our last impression of the hotel a very pleasant one. We also mentioned that we were celebrating our 3rd anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a handwritten letter. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return!"

"This hotel is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are warm and welcoming, and check-in and check-out were both very quick. The hotel's location is convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was also plentiful. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit."
La Siesta Classic Hang Thung
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The room was spotless and exactly as described — if not even better in person. The atmosphere in the lobby was beautifully fragrant and cozy, making you never want to leave. I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this hotel is truly special. The hotel is located right by Hoan Kiem Lake, the “golden road” of Hanoi. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, always being responsive and kind. You can really tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The manager even helped carry our luggage and stood waving goodbye as our car drove away. We were very disappointed that we couldn’t extend our stay because the hotel was already fully booked. We would absolutely comeback again. Thank you for everything!"
Alex Housing- Masteri West Heights | Vinhomes Smart City
"My wife and I stayed here, and we found this apartment to be even nicer than other places we've stayed, with a very reasonable price. The host spoke English, which made communication incredibly easy. They were also incredibly warm and welcoming, patiently helping us with any questions we had. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and will definitely choose this place again when we visit in the future."
Homestay Nha Thu Thu
"Great place!"
Anatole Hotel Hanoi
"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get around, and I was really impressed with how clean and tidy the rooms were! The service and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made my trip so enjoyable. I also loved that the breakfast offered pho and other delicious Vietnamese dishes. The food was truly excellent. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the water was so clean that I didn't even need a shower filter. If I ever get the chance to visit Hanoi again, I would definitely choose this hotel ^-^"

Hanoi Elpis Hotel
"The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. The room cleanliness could be improved. There was a constant repulsive drain smell coming from the bathroom sink/drain and visible specks of mold. The bathroom ventilator was unfortunately not working during our stay (Top floor). Room was dusty in general. The hotel location is convenient but also considerably noisy. Wearing earplugs helped."

"Since it is a newly built building, it was clean and the facilities were good. The information at the front desk was also good. However, the location is far from the center of Hanoi."
