"Blue Sky was surprisingly good. Very close to the airport, useful for people in transit. Room was clean, big and the bed is very comfortable. They had all we need for a short comfortable stay, ie toiletries, kettle, coffee, water, etc. Check in was smooth and done in English. Had free airport transfer. If there is anything to pick on, then I would say the shower is not the most comfortable because the hot water comes out intermittently. So when showering, u will get cold water splashing on you for a second every minute or so."

"I request to upgrade the Deluxe Room with balcony to the Premier Suite with balcony for two nights that incur a charge fee of 710,000 Vietnamese Dong. On the rooftop, there are impressive views of aircraft flying towards the airport and lining up to depart from the airport. The hotel staff are friendly and have added chairs to the rooftop for plane-spotters' convenience. Here, guests can shoot photos of aircraft flying past the hotel more comfortably. Access to the hotel from the Domestic terminal is by car at Door E5 but since the door was spoilt, I waited for the car at Door E4 before crossing the lane to wait for the hotel driver and board the car."

"Great location (about 20min walk from the old quarter), clean and relatively new studio. There is filtered water available, and the staff was friendly and responsive. The bed was comfortable and the place clean. Hot water was working well and there is AC and washing machine. The internet is a bit slow and although there is a stove, there are no kitchen equipment or tools to cook. Only a kettle and 2 glasses. Plenty of restaurants and markets nearby and in a local part, which is nice."

Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience, making us feel valued throughout our stay. Special shout out to ‘Tiana’ who consistently went above and beyond, checking on us on the small details. They surprised us with a birthday cake and decoration in the room, which made our celebration extra special. Room is clean. Location is good, eateries nearby. Train street just right behind the hotel. Not forgetting to mention hotel breakfast which we have been looking forward every morning.
