Le Grand Hanoi Hotel ★★★
"I stayed 4 nights in total at this hotel. I like the fact that we didn’t need to ask for room service. However, that one lady from reception gives off the mean girl vibe(maybe it’a just her rbf and the way she talks). It was 27$ sgd a night and I would say it’s worth for what you pay. We take grab to central area every day since it’s a bit far(costs around 50000-60000 vnd each trip). The room is big and I like the fact that the tv has varieties to choose(Netflix, youtube, etc.). The bathroom is spacious and nth is spoiled. Toilet has bidet and tissue. The aircon works well too. Around the hotel doesn’t have much restaurants, so we always order grab food(only have circle k and a few cafes). I recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget trip."

"The hotel is located near the border of the old quarter near the big roundabout and express way. Hotel rooms facing the old quarter small lane so it is not affected by the noise of traffic on the expressway. This hotel is only 1 year old. Clean, beautiful and stylish. There are total 9 storeys in this hotel. Up to level 8 is hotel rooms. Level 9 is cafe and restaurant where you can enjoy the old quarter scenery as well as the busy traffic at the expressway while you having your breakfast. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Whenever we have questions or need help, we communicated through WhatsApp. There are hair salon, nails salon, massage salon nearby. The Hai San Seafood is located nearby just a 2 mins walk. There are 2 Convenient store GS25, Starbucks, Ramen shop, banh mi shop nearby. We are very happy with our stay at this hotel. Thank you Max, Jason and Bonnie."

"Facilities: There's a paid laundry room and a free gym. Service: The service was excellent; they even gave me an extra breakfast. The breakfast spread was generous and included noodles. Environment: The hotel is located opposite the train station, but there's road construction outside, making it a bit hard to find."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay & amazing service! Had a really enjoyable stay at Signature by M Village Tho Nhuom! The hotel is comfortable, stylish, and in a convenient location for exploring Hanoi. A special shoutout to Cindy from the Front Office — she was absolutely lovely! She was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Her positive energy really made my trip more fun and memorable. She went out of her way to help whenever I needed anything and always greeted me with a smile. Cindy really made me feel at home and was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. ❤️ The hotel is lucky to have someone like her! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi. 🇻🇳✨"

"The hotel's location is great, but the soundproofing is really bad. There were even bugs crawling on the bed! 😂😂😂 We were out of options, and luckily my friend and I aren't afraid of bugs. Probably won't stay here again. The air conditioning was super cold and blew right onto the bed."
