Sora Hotel Hanoi

Sora Hotel Hanoi ★★★★

📍 32 Yet Kieu Street, Cua Nam, Hanoi

"I stayed at Sora Hotel Hanoi for one night and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel looks quite new, and everything was clean and well maintained. My room was not very big but nicely arranged, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. One thing I liked was how quiet the room was. Even though it had an internal window, it actually helped reduce noise from outside, which made it easier to rest after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and they were quick to assist whenever I had a question. Location is also convenient to get around the city, especially for short stays. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced hotel in Hanoi. I would consider staying here again next time."

Aurora Premium - A Lifestyle Hotel

Aurora Premium - A Lifestyle Hotel ★★★★

📍 61 P. Hàng Bè, Str, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi

"Perfect! I arrived at the hotel just after midnight, but they had welcome drinks and snacks ready for me at check-in. When I needed to go to a nearby convenience store (a 2-minute walk) before heading to my room, a staff member even walked me outside to show me the way. The room was very clean and well-stocked with amenities. Breakfast was served on the 11th floor from 6:30 AM and was a buffet with a fantastic view. There was a wide variety of dishes, including Vietnamese specialties like Banh Mi and Pho, as well as American breakfast options. The breakfast staff were always attentive, promptly clearing empty dishes and asking, 'Do you need anything else?' Check-out was at 12:00 PM, and they also offered luggage storage service afterward. The location is excellent too; it's a 3-minute walk to the bus stop for the Noibai International Airport bus (86) and a 5-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Even though it was only a one-night stay, all the staff were friendly, and I had a wonderful time. Many thanks to all the staff!"

Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa Hotels in Hanoi

Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa

"Mixed experience with this hotel. First the good things: the location is great, right in between old town and central government buildings, museums etc., the staff are helpful and friendly, there’s a nice bar on the rooftop and a lovely spa too, there’s even a guide of some good restaurants nearby. The not so good: the room we were given had one tiny window (unlike the room pictures on Trip.com) and felt very dark, so we chose to downgrade ourselves to a smaller room with windows on two sides for more light. The walls of the rooms were thin, so we were kept up very late by chatter next door one night then woken up by a screaming child early next morning - not the hotel’s fault, but to be aware. The rooms weren’t that clean (hair hanging off the shower head etc). We were also ridiculously overcharged for a room service item, the staff were very nice and removed it from the bill when we queried, and offered us free breakfast to make up for it, but the breakfast was distinctly not as good (less variety, less fresh, Vietnamese coffee charged extra) as the one we’d had at a similarly priced Saigon hotel the previous days."

BLUE SKY NOI BAI HOTEL & POOL ★★★★
"I had an overnight layover and there are no hotels inside the airport terminal, so I got an e-visa to clear customs and stayed one night. I chose this hotel because it's close to the airport. The Grab ride from the airport to the hotel cost less than 60,000 VND and took about five or six minutes. The hotel restaurant serves dinner, and the beef pho was delicious. The next day, the hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport after breakfast. The service was excellent. The front desk staff spoke both English and Chinese, so communication was smooth. The facilities were good, the room was clean and tidy, and there was a safe. The hotel is located in a village near the airport, and there's nowhere to explore nearby. For a transit stay, it offers great value for money."

"The hotel is near most tourist spots. It's located right at the heart of Hanoi. You need to walk a little from the main road but it's just 3 minutes or so. The staff were all very nice. They gave us a list of recommended food spots. Tracy who works the front desk was kind enough to help us get our jacket back which we left at a bus station. 😊"
