"Perfect! I arrived at the hotel just after midnight, but they had welcome drinks and snacks ready for me at check-in. When I needed to go to a nearby convenience store (a 2-minute walk) before heading to my room, a staff member even walked me outside to show me the way. The room was very clean and well-stocked with amenities. Breakfast was served on the 11th floor from 6:30 AM and was a buffet with a fantastic view. There was a wide variety of dishes, including Vietnamese specialties like Banh Mi and Pho, as well as American breakfast options. The breakfast staff were always attentive, promptly clearing empty dishes and asking, 'Do you need anything else?' Check-out was at 12:00 PM, and they also offered luggage storage service afterward. The location is excellent too; it's a 3-minute walk to the bus stop for the Noibai International Airport bus (86) and a 5-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Even though it was only a one-night stay, all the staff were friendly, and I had a wonderful time. Many thanks to all the staff!"

"Terrible, terrible, terrible! A staff member, without knocking, used a key card to open our room while we were inside. They then left upon seeing us. When we contacted the hotel through Trip.com, they only offered a 20% discount on the room rate! Absolutely no sense of service. Two days before ***** New Year, there were only one or two staff members at breakfast, and no one was clearing plates. Then, on the first day of ***** New Year, suddenly five or six staff appeared – it was quite a change! The funniest part was the front desk staff: they never smiled and their English was mediocre. They completely lacked any service awareness. This kind of hotel would never survive a day in China; it's only in Vietnam that it could get away with it! After a long negotiation, it was truly laughable!"
