"Absolutely loved it his name page and highly recommended if you’re looking for somewhere around west lake! Clean room and spacious, the pic I’ve attached is actually the room with the balcony ( I forgot to take pictures of the city view room)! All I could say is all the room look exactly the same as their photos (I’ve stayed in three types of their rooms and they’re all amazing!"

The hotel is located just off the main street, so you’ll have to carry your own bag to the hotel (short walk). The upside, you enjoy peace and quiet - you don’t hear the noise from the main street - car/motorbike honks, engine revving etc. Enjoyed our stay here 👍🏼"

Alex has an excellent service attitude — he is both lovely and friendly, responding actively and helping us solve any problems we encountered during our trip. "I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, where everything from the service to the amenities was top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and hospitality."

Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa Hanoi
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – An Absolute Gem by West Lake We had an outstanding stay at Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa Hanoi. From the moment we entered the stunning lobby with its glass dome and silk-inspired design, we were impressed. The superior rooms are spacious, warm, and spotless, with incredibly comfortable beds and dark marble bathrooms. We loved the rooftop infinity pool and the Japanese onsen — a truly relaxing highlight. Breakfast at Soi Restaurant was a feast: pho, salmon, foie gras, and fresh eggs, all served with excellent coffee. The Thai restaurant and Phở Lụa were equally delicious for dinner. Service was flawless — attentive, fast, and professional. Housekeeping cleaned our room perfectly while we were briefly away. The location in Tay Ho is quiet and peaceful, just a short taxi ride from the Old Quarter. For around $65–130 per night, the value is unbeatable. We highly recommend this hotel — we will definitely return."
Thang Loi Hotel Hanoi
"The hotel environment is pretty good, but the weather in Hanoi was terrible. The facilities are a bit old, probably because the hotel has been open for a while. Overall, I'm satisfied."
Luxe Paradise Suites Dich Vong Hau
"Need clean"
22land Residence 71 Hang Bong
"The location was great as it was near the old quarter and the train street. It also has plenty of restaurants, cafes and convenience stores nearby. The room was clean but it could be better. The staffs were so nice especially the receptionists. They helped carry my luggage and even to cross the street with my luggage as it was very busy when I left. The food were okay and could be limited when it’s around 9 am when it’s close to finishing the breakfast. All in all, good value for money."
Léman Old Quarter Hotel
"Hotel is located near many food options and not too noisy as compared to the beer street. Since its new, facilities are new- good beds, toilet with bidet. Staff were always friendly and welcoming no matter what time we got back. Breakfast option was decent, good for a quick bite if needed."
Hanoi Elpis Hotel
"There is no elevator to go upstairs, and the room was quite smelly, so I had to buy my own bottle of perfume. But the place is quite convenient around Old quarter area."
Aurora Premium - A Lifestyle Hotel
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the hotel kindly fulfilled our request for a high-floor, quiet room. Even though it is located in the Old Quarter, we had a peaceful stay and slept very well. A special thank you to Peony for her excellent service. We reported an issue with the bathroom drainage, and she quickly arranged for a technician to fix it. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Thank you as well to Jenie for her friendly and smooth service during check-out. She made our last impression of the hotel a very pleasant one. We also mentioned that we were celebrating our 3rd anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a handwritten letter. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return!"
