La Sinfonia Majesty Hotel and Spa

A cosy small boutique hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, just a few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff was attentive and helpful, the room was big enough and quiet although just next to the street, and the bed was comfortable for a good rest. Breakfast was included, the variety of items for buffet was sufficient, and there were also eggs and noodles made to order. Overall it is worth the price paid.

Enjoyed my stay very much! The hotel has beautiful interiors, excellent facilities, and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They even provided maps and recommended great places to visit and delicious local food, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Service was excellent throughout my stay, and everything was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything from the location to the staff and overall service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. What impressed me the most was their kindness during my travel schedule. I had requested breakfast earlier than their usual timing without expecting much, but they truly surprised me by preparing a wonderful breakfast parcel for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much they care about their guests. The stay was comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the location was perfect for travelers. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Linh at reception. What stood out to me was that she didn’t just process our check-in — she invited us to sit down comfortably and personally came over to explain everything. She shared insights about Vietnamese culture, introduced key attractions, and thoughtfully recommended places for us to visit, knowing it was our first time in Hanoi. It felt less like a hotel check-in and more like being welcomed by a local friend. The experience became even more meaningful during check-out. While we were waiting for our cab, Ms. Linh went the extra mile by stepping outside with us. She gifted us a beautiful souvenir — a pair of birds symbolizing a couple — and took the time to explain its meaning. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. She even personally escorted us from the lobby all the way to our Grab taxi to the airport. I have honestly never experienced this level of care and attention before. It was incredibly personal, warm, and heartfelt — something that left a lasting impression on me. Thank you, Ms. Linh and the team, for making our first trip to Hanoi so special.
