Nearby to Old Quarter Hanoi, and walking distance to nearby must visit area of Dong Xuan Night Market and Ba Dinh Square. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel room is relatively small for family room, simple and decent.

Very small rooms even for the deluxe family room. It was very noisy in the early hours and couldn’t sleep past 6 am due to heavy noise. Won’t stay here again for this reason alone.

Stayed for a week. The location is very convenient and the reception in the lobby is very warm. But why are the tissues and toiletries in the room sometimes not put away after they are used up?

The room is clean and the service is good. It is very close to all the attractions of Hoan Kiem Lake. It is convenient to travel. There are delicious food nearby. It is a good accommodation choice for traveling to the Hoan Kiem Lake area in Hanoi.

The most warm and welcoming smiles the first time we stepped in their lovely hotel. James, their manager was very accomodating and helpful all throughout our stay. Our hotel room was always clean and well-arranged whenever we come back from our daily tours. Everyday breakfast buffet spread is also delicious, varied, and caters to the taste of international travellers. All in all, our experience was excellent and would definitely recommend their hotel to anyone planning on having a Hanoi, Vietnam vacation!
