During my stay so far on my third night, I already had experienced several issues with housekeeping and room service that I would like to bring to your attention.
Housekeeping failed to collect the garbage in my room for two consecutive days. When I requested garbage collection at night—the only time I was able to notice this, as we are out for most of the day—the housekeeper entered the room wearing shoes on the carpet. This was done while we were present, which I found unhygienic and unprofessional, and it raises concern about what practices may occur when guests are not in the room. When this was pointed out, the housekeeper’s attitude appeared annoyed and unprofessional.
Additionally, I am concerned that the carpet may not be vacuumed during cleaning, and that blankets and pillowcases may not be regularly changed.
Room service has also been very difficult to reach. I attempted to call several times with no response. I then contacted the receptionist multiple times as well, but my request was still not addressed, which eventually required me to go down to the lobby to make the request in person. This situation occurred twice. I let it go the first time, but experiencing it again felt excessive.
I hoped management can address these issues for the remainder of my stay but unfortunately… .
On a positive note, I would like to mention that I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It offers good variety and changes daily.
Furthermore, besides the complaints I had mentioned above,everything is good. I also liked their pool and gym which is very well maintained and offers foods you can order.
