Location is great! Next to the cathedral, old quarter and one block away from the night market. Rooms are okay and more or less clean. Provide breakfast, we didn’t get a chance to have them because of our travel schedule. Some of best Pho and Banh mi stores are almost next to this hotel.

They not professional. When I arrived at the hotel the counter told me due to computer problem actually I had book their sister hotel . Actually is the hotel over booking. So they bring me to the sisters hotel which is Vision Premier hotel. I check on trip wedsityn which is cheaper by $4 . But they didn't pay back the different .

Great location, right next to the church, making it super convenient to get around. The service was excellent, they answered all our questions, and the cleanliness was good. Plus, the restaurant right outside is delicious! Very satisfied!

It was a good place to crush for one night.

The hotel is tucked away in an alley, so cars can't drive right up to it. Although there's an elevator, you still have to climb about 5-6 steps to get to the room. The best part is its super close proximity to the cathedral, just a 2-minute walk! In the evenings, the alley fills with people eating, maybe having BBQ? It's lively but not noisy at all.

Good stay for a short stop over in the city. Bit higgledy piggeldy to reach but overall kind staff and clean room. Nothing to complain about!

First location is pretty good because it is a central and can go out anywhere you want. Second the room and services, especially the breakfast. Again personally I felt safe right there.

In the heart of Old town of Hanoi, the hotel provides neat and clean spacious rooms with very cooperative staff. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Is a fraud with the rating trip.com gives! As dirty as one can imagine. The floor is oily and in the bath room. Mixed with water is a disaster waiting to happen. The bedsheets have a film of dirty or wax which sticks to the skin. The furnishing are old and broken with stains Worst experience and when I checked out. They are arguing with trip.com refusing to refund the nights that we did not stay Avoid!!
