Excellent little hotel in the middle of the old quarter. Walking distance to most things.

Hotel service is very helpful when we ask to leave some luggage's while we go to other provinces for two days, all staffs can communicate English.

Ha Noi Pearl Hotel far exceeded our expectations in ALL areas. They went out of their ways to take care of the guests. We needed help in many areas and requested a lot of things done for us during our stay and they did all and everything we asked for. The staff are amazing. The daily breakfast was top ten. The room are huge, and the bathroom are so modern and beautiful. Can't say enough thanks to all..

Great location, great staff. Good breakfast. Only hotel I stayed at during my trip to Vietnam that had a working mini-fridge. Also effective, yet quiet A/C. Suggest taking advantage of the discount available to get the massage in-hotel rather than going somewhere else. Great value hotel all around.

Location is perfect with most "things to do" within walking distance. Rooms are quite clean and new. Breakfast buffet spread is decent with salad, bread, hot dishes, pho, juices and other things to choose from. Security is quite helpful even if his English is limited. One thing i didn't enjoy was, i added more nights and received confirmation from trip. But, the reception said that the rooms was fully booked and they can't see my reservation yet. They did come back with my reservation eventually but, it's not helpful. This happened multiple times, as i extended multiple times. Please take time to check before notifying the guests. Also it would be great if they can provide umbrella in every room.

The hotel's location is very convenient, near the banks of Hoan Kiem Lake, only 3 minutes walk to the lake shore. There are bars, restaurants, and souvenir restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast food is also okay. I have stayed at the hotel many times every time I visit Hanoi.

I stayed here a long time ago, right by the Hoan Kiem Lake. The service attitude is very good, but it is a bit old. If you can change the bedding and improve the quality of the breakfast, it should be a good choice!

The location is very good, right on the edge of Huanjian Lake. There are various shops downstairs. The crowds are concentrated and lively. It is very suitable for travel bookings.

The hotel is not big, and the health and facilities are pretty good. It is in the alley of the old city, parking is inconvenient. Foreigners like it, and it is relatively close to Hoan Kiem Lake.

There was a smell of mold in the lobby. Breakfast is really good, but the staff is not friendly.

Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. I slept well because the surroundings were not noisy. It was close to a 4 piece pizza and it was good. Good room, toilet and shower facilities
