喜歡！乾淨衞生！又寬敞，住着特別舒服！

When I checked in, the female staff member had a lovely smile and I really liked her. I can't speak either English or Vietnamese, but she explained everything to me carefully, which I appreciated. Also, when I asked her to arrange a taxi to the airport the next day, she responded quickly, and since I was leaving early that day, she prepared a takeaway breakfast for me. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower and toilet were comfortable to use, so I had nothing to complain about. I only stayed one night, but I was very satisfied. The welcome drink and fruit were delicious. The service was particularly good, and I would like to stay here again if I go to Vietnam. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Great hotel, everything was perfect! The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast is pretty decent.

It has been my fourth time staying at this hotel. I like it very much. The staff is very friendly and professional and also helpful. I will choose this hotel again for my next trip.

일단 서호 근처에 있는 아주 좋은 비지니스 호텔입니다. 밤에 호수의 풍경이매우 아름답고 최상층에 있는수영장 또한 분위기가 아주 훌륭합니다. 그리고 아침식사도 매우 좋다.

Great hotel. It's calm and the gym and pool are great. There's also Highlands Coffee.

Executive and Deluxe rooms are in different towers. Executives are newer, fresher and have better kitchen layout if you plan to cook. We took deluxe one bedroom but paid more and upgraded to executive. There are 2 supermarkets in the building with local and international produce which is a huge plus. Washing machine has dryer. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast is pretty decent. Good night view from the rooftop in newer building. Very accommodating and polite staff members, all of them. Disadvantages: 1. No basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper, oil, no mixing bowls, no dishwashing liquid and sponge (and no dishwasher as well), you have to buy it which is not convenient when you stay just for a couple nights. The bowl I asked for that was brought from the restaurant for me was dirty, I washed it with sponge and liquid that bought myself. 2. There was Nespresso coffee machine, but no capsules at all (there was a place for a set of 3 but they covered it with instant coffee) - had to buy them in the shop downstairs. 3. Deluxe one bedroom that we initially booked was listed as “River view”, but you don’t get the view since the windows are small, and you can see only nearby building, city and a piece of water somewhere far - that’s false advertisement. Paying extra 1.000.000 vnd for the room upgrade in another building on the 3rd floor with no view as well was not very nice, but better than staying in the older building for 2 nights.

Perfect spot for the longer term business travelers who are looking for more facilities like a washing machine. Highly recommend to other business people!

Overall, my stay at the hotel was decent. The facilities were a bit outdated, and the place felt a bit crowded at times. However, the proximity to the mall was convenient, and the availability of a shuttle bus to major spots was a nice perk, even though I didn't utilize it. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option with convenient amenities, this could be a suitable choice.

Probably one of the finest serviced apartment hotels in Hanoi.... Wonderful staffs.. Helpful.... Rooms are so clean and bathroom is massive..... Beds very comfy.. Hard matt but good for back.... Location around many cafes, gourmet stores, department stores... Its an A for this hotel...

Dirty dirty very dirty. Dirty everything. Linens are with blood and yellow stain. So disgusting
