The staff was Very hospitable. They offered good service at every hour. They were always ready to help. The rooms were also decent with all the basic amenities. Even the locality of the hotel is in the centre of the city. Would recommend this hotel

Camere comode e abbastanza pulite ma quelle esposte alla strada sono un po' rumorose.. zona ottima per girare a piedi la zona vecchia.. colazione non troppo varia.. niente dolci! Solo salato e frutta non troppo buona.. per il resto reception ottima!

Deluxe room is not as spacious as luxury room but still okay for a night or two

The transportation is convenient. The room is a bit old, and the pictures of the room are not comprehensive enough. I didn't know that the room I booked has no windows and is relatively humid. It is quite convenient to have a breakfast room downstairs.

Very close to the center, the staff is very welcoming and has breakfast. Although the equipment is a bit old, the service attitude makes up for it all.

Terrible experience in a room that was dirty (even food left behind in the fridge by the previous clients), internet not working, no hot water, limited food for breakfast…but the location is really good. A hotel to avoid!

Good location but everything quite old and not clean at all . I ask them to open the aircon for me, they said if you want cold turn the ac off , if you want hot turn the heater mode or something... (don’t understand) Even though i do like them, we still sleep in hot temperatures 😩😩

The service is god damn nice and the room have everything. After a long tiring day touring in the city, we came back to the hotel, walking in the room with surprise. I love the fact that they clean our room every day secretly. I hope that in the future, the WIFI service will be better cuz everytime in the hotel, my gadgets really can't get access to Internet even I've already connected to the hotel WIFI😂😂😂😂😂 ( If possible please provide swimming pool, gym room as well hahahaha)

The food is really good. The pho was delicious. I reccomend you book a room closer to the top of the hotel because it can be quite noisy and hard to sleep close to the bottom. Staff is really friendly.
