Nice location, walkable to all 👍

I love the location of this hotel , you can walk around the Old Quarter area nearby places. Also many shops and restaurants. The Front desk staff is equipped with a service minded attitude.

Excellent location. we walked everywhere from the hotel. the lake is just a few steps away. this is the only reason why we stayed at this hotel again, When we came back from our Sapa trip, under the extra bed in the dining area was dusty. the sink was dirty. I had to ask them to clean up. They didn’t give extra pillow when we requested. The breakfast food is not that good as well. It was the same entire our stay at the hotel. Apart from the location, the lady at the reception (morning duty) was the nicest and most helpful. Overall stay was fine especially when there’s not much of. choice. m

Stayed here for a night. The amenities is clean. The hotel is easy to find. The location is basically right next to the lake. It is a good place for more night.

Even though the hotel seems to be quite old but I found it still impressive by prompt services from staff. All inquiries have been responded promptly by all staff from hotel. Location is great, accessible to many tourist destination. Breakfast is edible

We stayed 1 night, great location in the middle of the center. Staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast was small but ok. Rooms are small but convenient as it has all you need. There are many eateries around as well as tourist attractions. Car less zone in the weekend evening hours.

We were traveling with our kid and grandparents. Disappointing experience from our arrival where we were not given the bed type we booked several weeks in advance. Then “Luxury” room is definitely not what we got and for the price we paid (50$ a night) this was below expectations. Corridors of every hotel floors are dirty and full of stains and dirt, bathrooms lacks of better cleaning and are tiny. The toilet is straight into the wall, for anyone taller than 1m50 it will be very uncomfortable. Towels were full of wholes, and were not replaced after we said it to the reception staff. The room was very humid for 2 days in raw even though we kept windows closed. This made the sleep very unpleasant as the bed sheets were wet, on top of an old and uncomfortable mattress and pillows, and all clothes wet every morning. Electric wires are hanging from the walls. And on top of all this our room wasn’t cleaned. Pictures on trip.com are totally misleading and we will never come back this is a scam for this price.

Great location, but the room facilities are a bit dated.

Excellent property with an efficient friendly front desk. A well appointed room, would visit again. Breakfast buffet generous selection with fresh fruits.

At very good location, close to the lake, night market and bus stops. The room was comfortable. Quiet at night. Staff were friendly. The room had bath tab.
