조식 좋았어요!! 첫 베트남 여행에 첫 숙박이자 마지막 숙박인 호텔의 조식에서 부족한게 있어서 부탁드렸는데 절 찾아서 가져다주시더라구요 사실상 쉽지않은 서비스일텐데 절 찾아서 가져다주신 loan 너무너무 감사드립니다!! 저 또한 서비스직에서 일하능 사람으로써 정말 쉽지않다는걸 알고 있는데 바쁜 와중에 챙겨줘서 너무 감동이였어요 ㅠㅠ 하루 숙박이라 아쉽지만 다음에 또 찾아와서 인사할게요:) 덕분에 기분좋은 하루로 여행을 만끽할 수 있을것 같아요!! 조식도 방 청결도도 좋았던 숙소 다음에 또 만날 수 있기를 바라며 잘 쉬다 갑니다^^

Our group has very good experience in this hotel . The Deputy General Manager Mr. Le Van Thanh is very kind and helpful to support our group. Especially he helps on special food for our vegetarian guests. We do have a great time here.

Nhân viên vui vẻ thân thiện, tôi xuống xe đã có bell mở cửa đón tiếp, mời uống nước rất nhiệt tình. Nhân viên hướng dẫn tôi lên phòng thấy rất dễ chịu và nhiệt tình trả lời các câu hỏi của tôi. Đồ ăn sáng ngon, lần này đã thay đổi so với lần đầu tới đây. Phòng cũng sạch sẽ, khách sạn có vẻ thường xuyên nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ

I chose a room for 2 people, and checked out late. I asked to be provided with 2 additional bottles of mineral water for free because we only received 2 bottles of 330ml for both days and 1 night, but the receptionist asked us to pay for these 2 bottles of mineral water? I have never encountered a situation where I had to pay a fee because I needed to use additional mineral water at other hotels. I was quite surprised because it was only 2 bottles of mineral water and the amount of water provided was too small. The quality of service was not worth the price. money I spent. I chose a room for 2 people and checked out late. I only received 2 bottles of 330ml for the whole day and 1 night. I wanted to get 2 more bottles but the receptionist's answer was that it’s not free. I was quite surprised because there were only 2 bottles of mineral water and the amount of water provided was too little. I think the service quality is not commensurate with the price.

Best Hotel in 4 star category. After reading reviews of previous travellers , I got confused and about to cancel the booking. I anyhow checked in and I was surprised to see a No Problem Hotel Rooms are Big Breakfast was very delicious and had many items Clean Staffs were very friendly Mini Bar items were very economical even as compare to the Local Market I did not understand other than Location , everything was 10/10

We stayed in a twin room for one night. The room was decent clean and tidy. Tea and coffee station hairdryer, mini fridge and safety deposit box were provided. The shower was in the bath which poured water onto the floor as ran down the sides. Had a lovely view out of the window of Hanoi on the night our next door room was having a party with some other rooms and they left their door on the latch which made the alarm go off continuously we tried to complain by ringing reception and never got an answer after 20 minutes when we went down to reception they didn't understand what was happening so I had to go back and video the door alarm going off before anything was done. Breakfast was okay nothing special run-of-the-mill toast omelette and soup wasn't the cheapest Hotel we've stayed in.wasn't really worth the money.

Muong Thanh Grand Hoang Mai is convenient for my work so I chose to stay here. After covid, the hotel repaired and renewed the room quite ok. The receptionist is friendly and cute The breakfast buffet has been eaten for 3 years and hasn't changed much 😂

Trải nghiệm thật tuyệt vời. Không gian rộng, sạch sẽ. Nhân viên thân thiện. Đồ ăn phong phú đa dạng. Giá phòng hợp lý. Không gian phong cảnh Hà Nội vào buổi tối thật đẹp. Nhìn từ tầng 19 đúng như 1 bức tranh động tuyệt đẹp Mình sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè và người thân về Mường Thanh Grand Hà Nội.

Khách sạn cung cấp dịch vụ tuyệt vời trên cả mong đợi với tôi khi ghé lại lần thứ 2 trong chuyến công tác. Phòng ốc rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và đẹp. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện và niềm nở với khách. Đồ ăn sáng đa dạng, bắt mắt cùng với nhũng món ăn đặc trưng của Hà Nội. Khách sạn đúng là sự lựa chọn hoàn hảo và sẽ luôn là điểm dừng chân cho những chuyến công tác sau này của tôi hay của gia đình tôi sau này.

조식 뷔페인데.식수인원 파악이 되지않아서 음식량이부족하며.주방의 조리원들의 써비스정신이 부족하다. 조식 오픈 타임이06시인데 07이후에 식당에가면 먹고싶은 메뉴는 없다.

The location is OK, the breakfast is satisfactory, but the shower facilities are not good. The water is either hot or cold, and you can only wash it for 5 minutes.

Tôi hài lòng với chất luọng dịch vụ của xác bạn. Phòng ngủ sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, điều hoà tốt. Nhân viên rất là thân thiện và hỗ trợ cho chúng tôi khá là nhiệt tìnhchu đáo. Khách sạn cũng hỗ trợ cho chúng tôi nhận phòng sớm lúc 12h trưa. Tôi sẽ quay lại vào dịp tới. Cảm ơn các bạn .
