It is located in the heart of the Old Quarter right by the lake and on the same street as the night market on the weekends. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although we only stayed 1 night, we were able to book a tour with them and they offered their assistance for anything we need while in Vietnam and gave their whatsapp number. They have a spa which, unfortunately, we didn't have time to use. The room was spacious, clean and came with a stocked minibar (surchage applicable). The double glazing is very good, we had a peaceful night's sleep even with the night market outside. We would recommend this hotel to any visitors wanting to exolore Hanoi.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights during our trip to Hanoi. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great for the price, a small buffet and a small selection of cooked to order dishes. I can not recommend this hotel enough, we had an amazing stay.

Hotel’s location is great where it’s at the Old Quarter. Walking distance to many tourist spots like beer street, train street & restaurant / coffee spots. However, the hotel condition is relatively run down. Water pressure is extremely bad. We were allowed to change to another room but only with slightly improved water pressure because it’s located on the 2nd floor rather than 4th. Also, the hotel’s service & cleanliness should be improved where used towels, rubbish, mop were dumped in the lift and our luggage were left in the room with the doors unlocked.

It’s a nice little hotel, not the cleanest but certainly good value for money.

The service here is amazing. The friendly staff helped from booking taxis to helping organize our trip in Mai Chau. The breakfast was generous and they offered to cook up fresh eggs in your style. I would definitely stay here again. The location couldn’t be better.

We had a wonderful and good stay at The West Hotel & Spa. Ms Hana, Mr Viet and the other staffs were very hospitable, caring, thoughtful and accommodating. Really making our stay a comfortable and relaxing experience. Wonderful location and amenities. 😊👍👍

The hotel's location is quite central in the Old Quarter where you may find anything you want quickly - food, Viettel store (for Simcard), massage parlors etc. Our room was upgraded to a family room with 2 queen size beds. The bed and pillow were okay. Just that for the bathroom - no label of which is shampoo and bath gel and it is difficult to press the container for both shampoo and bath gel. Hotel should consider changing the containers. Also, the water drainage a bit choked and after bathing, pool of water will be there and take a while to clear. My friend in another room was also mentioning that the toilet bowl has a bubbling sound from the drainage. Good that the hotel improves on all these.

300 RMB. It’s really not worth the price. It’s not cost-effective. The price is too high for the county level.

The rooms are clean, the staff are welcoming and have a good greeting and smile. Provide assistance in carrying luggage and call Grab for directions. But the breakfast was a little lacking. Overall, it is considered very good. Recommend this hotel Because it's near the walking street. and tourist attractions Saturday-Sunday nights are very lively.

Staff were very polite. The staff are easy to talk to and provide easy-to-understand explanations. When I had a problem, I was very grateful that he accompanied me until the end. The inside of the hotel is also beautiful.

The location of the hotel is on the street, and there are many small shops to browse around. The breakfast is not very good, the sound insulation of the room is not good, the hygiene is OK, the bath water is small, and I am not very comfortable...
