Holiday Inn is as always good value for money international hotel chain. I stayed here during the Spring Festival Holidays (**************), so did not find any restaurants open nearby. The staff was overwhelmed during morning breakfast hours due to lots of guests. Nonetheless they were hardworking and put in extra efforts to serve all the guests, well beyond the breakfast time. Appreciate their service attitude. A bad experience would be with the washing machine which wouldn't work without coins, which is quite weird as usually the self-service laundry is free or could be operated by QR code payments. I had already put the detergent on the clothes making them wet, only to be told that I had to wait until the next day morning as the front desk did not have coins, I had checkout in the morning.

Had to wait for the second room to be ready but we came before 3pm. Room had two skylight windows. Wanted to upgrade rooms but hotel was full. Stayed 2 nights, 2 bedrooms. Location was fantastic. Kevin, the duty manager, was particularity very accommodating and helpful. He helped us with our luggage during the busy period. The breakfast spread was good. Gym was small with two treadmill machines and one all-in-one fitness equipment. But no one was there so you got the whole gym to yourself. TV channels were limited. Bathroom amenities were adequate. Overall it's a good stay.

A very cost-effective hotel. We arrived at the hotel more than eight o'clock. The waiter was very considerate and quickly arranged for me to check in. Originally, we wanted to come over and post the suitcases at the hotel, and then we would come back after playing around. The decoration design of the room is also reasonable, the house is not big, it doesn't feel 32 square meters, but it is practical, with electric curtains and sensor switches. Although the room is small, it is clean and comfortable. Location: Opposite to the children’s park, there are plenty of food in the surrounding area. Disadvantages: The entrance is low relative to the surrounding area, and the entrance and exit will not change when it rains. Hygiene: The hygiene of the room is very good. Facilities: Very good at this price, better than expected. Overall: highly recommended! If I have the opportunity to go to Harbin in the future, I will choose to live here.

Excellent apartment hotel in a high-rise building on almost the top floor. The room is new, clean, spacious, a cool sofa by the window, you can lie down and enjoy the view. The beds are comfortable, at my request they gave us an extra blanket. You can buy breakfast on site - inexpensively. From the strange: there is no refrigerator, no shower head or just a tap in the shower stall - only a tropical shower - this is inconvenient. The room is advertised as a family room, but how can you wash children without a shower, for example? Glass toilet. In General this was a good hotel. And some of the staff were so helpful and friendly! But what wasn’t clear for us, is that it’s a hotel where people are allowed to smoke everywhere, also in the bathroom for example. There is apparently a non smoking floor which we didn’t know when we booked. But everything else was good :)

I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights). Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay. Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more. Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged. Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water. Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards.

Everything is in order. Ideal location - the central train station is literally across the street, the shuttle to the airport also leaves across the street from the hotel. Metro and bus stops nearby. Pedestrian street and bar streets are also within walking distance. The hotel is in a very good location, next to the Provincial Museum subway, and very convenient to Central Street and the Cathedral. There is also Qiulin Shopping Mall next to it. The room is very spacious, the carpet is very clean, and the mattress is quite comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom has Kohler sanitary ware. The disadvantage is that the shower is on the floor without water isolation, so the floor gets wet easily. The overall stay experience was very good and it is worth staying again.

Summary: High cost-effectiveness, you can stay and visit as a historical building. Given the low price in the off-season and the history of the hotel, I will not pursue perfection. Overall 4 stars, recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Service: Very satisfied. From the front desk, guest room, and concierge services, it can be seen that the hotel pays attention to service quality. They helped to deal with the problem in the middle of the night and provided customer compensation. However, I did not go to breakfast and cannot comment on the restaurant. Facilities: It is old. It can be seen that the grade of this hotel was still very high and advanced many years ago. There is a bathtub, a telephone in the bathroom, a retractable mirror, a bathrobe, etc., but the overall facilities are very old. For example, the bathroom lacks a shower, which is still worse than modern hotels. Hygiene: The aunt is very enthusiastic and will give you what you need quickly. I stayed for two days and cleaned the house during the period, but the beauty contact lens box seemed to be accidentally thrown away.
