"## Facilities: Since the hotel is located on the upper floors of a mall, the water pressure is quite low, which is understandable. However, the drain odor was a significant issue. They've installed anti-odor valves in the drains, which unfortunately makes the water drain extremely slowly. I had to manually clear it myself in the middle of a shower. ## Environment: The environment was okay. However, smoking bans seem to be poorly enforced throughout Harbin, and people were smoking in the hotel hallways, making it difficult to breathe. I reported it to the front desk, but they were completely unresponsive, probably used to it. ## Hygiene: It was acceptable. ## Service: The service was… interesting. Because there was a wedding party picking up the bride in the hotel in the morning, which caused some disturbance, they gave each guest a portable nail clipper kit. When the three of us got back and opened them, some had two nail clippers, some had one, and some had none at all. Quite amusing."

"Wanted to give my thanks to Joe for picking us up in the airport and helping us all around. He is naturally helpful and kind. Well the hotel is grand. It is old but they maintain it. We booked suite room and it is very spacious and comfortable. Bed is just fine and huge bathroom. They make sure to clean our room every day. Location wise is excellent . Close to many malls, travel time to sofia church and some other famous attractions is about 25mins. Just the food selection in this hotel is limited. The chinese restaurant seems close or fully booked all the time and the japanese restaurant is close the whole duration of our week. Hotel says because its off season. I didn't take pictures to share but We definitely gonna book this hotel when we come back to harbin."

"Check in was easy, thanks to the front desk staff! I arrived to see if I could get in early to my room but it wasn’t available, so they arranged an upgrade for me to a better room that I could enter immediately. Clean, quiet and modern hotel. There were a few local places I had trouble finding but the front desk staff were able to point me in the right direction when I was out by sending me the correct map details. Thank you for all your help."

Harbin Yuesu Ice City Timing Lounge Hotels in Harbin

Harbin Yuesu Ice City Timing Lounge

"This hotel is located right inside the airport, which is super convenient – literally just a couple of minutes to the baggage drop-off. I booked a single room, and while it was small, it had everything I needed and was very clean. Even though the showers are communal, it didn't bother me at all, and they were also spotless. You can hear the airport announcements in the room, but they're very faint and distant, so I personally found they didn't disturb my sleep whatsoever. If you're tired from traveling, I highly recommend staying here for a good rest."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from Central Avenue. The service is exceptional; as soon as you check in, you're treated like royalty, experiencing the 'Princess, please alight' service firsthand. The restaurant is excellent, with a great ambiance and complete facilities. Breakfast is served for a generous amount of time, and the afternoon tea offers a wide variety of pastries. My stay was wonderful, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit."

"The location is great, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Since the hotel has been open for a while, I can understand that the bathroom drain wasn't perfectly smooth. It's a shame I didn't get to see the little cat; I heard it went home to escape the summer heat. Overall, I had a fantastic impression of Harbin; the people were all so warm and friendly."

Cloud Hotel (Harbin Taiping International Airport) ★★★★
"The room was clean and the front desk service was excellent. They offer a shared airport shuttle service, which is free and convenient. The driver was very kind and helped with our luggage. There was a welcome fruit platter on the first day, and the fruit was delicious. For coffee, they had Americano, but it was very bitter as there was no sugar or creamer. I'm not sure why they don't provide them. Facilities: They have a gym and a laundry room, which was quite convenient."

Xueli Hotel (Harbin West High-speed Railway Station Wanda Plaza) ★★★★
"I've stayed here twice now. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the young ladies at the front desk are incredibly helpful. The first time I visited, they gave me frozen pears, and the second time, I even got a small towel. These thoughtful details really warm my heart. Shopping is super convenient with direct elevator access to the mall, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. It's also a very short walk to the high-speed train station, and the hotel even offers a pick-up service from there. This is definitely my top choice whenever I visit Harbin. My friends are coming this weekend, and I'm booking here again for them!"

Country Inn by Radisson, Central Street, Harbin ★★★
"The hotel's location is unbeatable, right at the entrance of Central Street. Turn right out of the hotel and you're there. A straight walk from there to Saint Sophia Cathedral is super convenient. There are many nice restaurants nearby too, like Qiulin Russian Restaurant, Laochujia Guobaorou, and Madieer Ice Cream Parlor… extremely convenient. The hotel provides breakfast, and while the variety isn't huge, the taste is good. Milk, soy milk, bread and jam, Chinese fried dough sticks, plain congee, and stir-fries – all delicious. My only slight regret is the limited fruit selection, just cherry tomatoes. Perhaps due to its prime location, the room wasn't very big. But it was perfectly fine for three people. It's small but has everything you need! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Harbin!"
