Yuefeng Hotel ★★★★
"The location is super convenient, with Central Avenue Station (Exit 1) right opposite the hotel entrance. The front desk staff, both guys and girls, had excellent service attitudes. When it rained and water seeped through the window, they proactively offered to change my room. Thumbs up! 👍"
Harbin Central Street Huasu Yishe Boutique Hotel (Saint Sophia Church) ★★★
A quiet boutique hotel in a lane near St. Sophia Cathedral with smart rooms—electric curtains, smart TVs, plush mattresses, and airport transfers.
Harbin No.23 Mansion Hotel (Sofia Church Branch on Central Street) ★★★★
"This bad review is for the service, which was incredibly unprofessional. A hotel with such a grand name, yet it comes with evasive and improper service. When I checked in, it was around 8 AM. I came straight from the airport and just wanted to ask the front desk if there were any available rooms for early check-in. The staff immediately started reciting the rules: 'Check-out is at 12 PM, and check-in is at 2 PM.' (I thought to myself, I'm not new to hotels, I know the rules). Then she suggested I could go sightseeing. Wouldn't it have been better to say something like, 'Since we're fully booked, we'll try to get you checked in as soon as a room becomes available'? Next, let me complain about breakfast. They tell you there's nothing to eat. If my kid hadn't been too lazy to switch hotels, we only ate breakfast once out of three days, and there was still nothing. It's a complete downgrade across the board. For anyone considering the 28-yuan breakfast, don't fall for that trap. Then, on the second day, SF Express delivered a package for me. I asked them to leave it at the front desk and label it with my room number. That evening, when I asked the front desk, the person didn't even look up and told me to go to the 6th floor. I explained it was SF Express and they said they'd left it at the front desk. The staff impatiently said, 'They're all on the 6th floor.' So, I took my child up to the 6th floor, searched through every package on a corner shelf, and after a long search, found nothing. I went back down to the front desk and told them I couldn't find it, and that it was SF Express. This time, they looked around at the front desk and found it. Then, they claimed they had just started their shift and no one had told them about it. Any other issues, and they blame temporary staff. So, you just switch shifts, and it's suddenly not your problem, right?"
Harbin Xueli Premium Hotel (Central Street Sophia Church Branch) ★★★★

Cloud Hotel (Harbin Taiping International Airport) ★★★★

Country Inn by Radisson, Central Street, Harbin ★★★
A Radisson hotel on the main street—buffet breakfast, stylish rooms, and the metro just 100m away, a practical base for any trip.
Tianzhu Hotel (Harbin Railway Station Airport Bus) ★★
"The location is very close to Harbin Railway Station, and the airport bus stopped next to it. There are a mini market and some restos close by. The room was wide, and warm. The bathroom smelled bad though. And the hot water was hard to adjust (too hot vs too cold). The hallway was very dark, looked gloomy. Overall, it was quite good enough for a transit hotel... We had a good night sleep there."
Ji Hotel (Harbin Xuefu Road, The Second Hospital of Harbin Medical University Metro Station) ★★★★
"Excellent service and very clean."
Xueli Hotel (Harbin West High-speed Railway Station Wanda Plaza) ★★★★
"I recently stayed at Harbin Hashi Shirley Hotel for almost two weeks. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for dining and entertainment. The room was clean and comfortable; as someone who usually struggles with sleep, I actually slept exceptionally well here. The bedding was also very comfortable! Most importantly, the front desk ladies and the cleaning staff were all incredibly nice, providing excellent service. I will definitely be back to stay again. Highly recommended!"

JJ HOTEL
"The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the Songhua River and at the end of Central Avenue, making it super convenient for getting around. Since it was the off-season, there weren't many people, which was a plus. The value for money was great, and the hygiene and service were both excellent."
Qiantong Designer Hotel Baroque 1920 Mansion · Republican Era Aesthetic Courtyard(Harbin)
"This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located in a distinctive neighborhood, and the Chinese Baroque architecture creates an immersive, retro atmosphere. They even offer a cheongsam try-on experience, so every photo you take looks professional. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with a Dyson hairdryer, and the water purification system provided peace of mind, with stable hot water and good pressure. The entire room had smart controls for lighting and curtains, and the rotatable TV mount was a thoughtful touch. The soundproofing was excellent, as I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all incredibly kind and attentive. The breakfast, served in a beautiful nine-grid presentation, was exquisite and delicious. The location offers convenient transportation, making it perfect for both tourists and short stays. I've already recommended it to friends, and it will definitely be my top choice for my next visit!"
Wanda Realm Harbin
"Before booking, I called the front desk and asked if the executive room included executive lounge access. The front desk confirmed that it did. However, upon check-in, we were told the executive lounge was closed and we would have to eat at the cafe on the first floor. We were served only four small dishes: red sausage, seasonal vegetables, sliced beef with pickled cabbage, and fried noodles. When we asked about drinks, they said there weren't any. We pointed out that executive lounges usually offer alcoholic beverages. The staff then offered us two beers. We questioned why there was only beer, as lounges typically have red wine and spirits. The staff then offered to pour us red wine and white wine, so we opted for a glass of red. This experience felt very poor. If they had simply told us it was a set meal when we called, we wouldn't have booked an executive room in the first place."
ANAZAN NATURALSCENERY HOTELE
"The room was spotless, and the hotel's service was absolutely exceptional. Even though it's not a huge hotel, the service is on par with a five-star establishment. The facilities and amenities are also quite new and very convenient to use."
Rezen Huasheng Hotel (Harbin Central Avenue Flood Control Memorial Tower)
"Traveling with my family, one adult and two children, finding a suitable hotel room can be quite limiting. This hotel, however, had spacious rooms with a comfortable two-meter bed, which was more than enough for us. The voice control was very convenient, the facilities were new, and the mattress was comfortable. The location is also very convenient, right next to a large shopping mall, and within walking distance to Central Street. Excellent value for money!"
Harbin Junyi Hotel (Central Street Sofia Church)
"The soundproofing in the room is excellent, the service is fantastic, and the location is great. The staff were very welcoming. They offer afternoon tea, and while the breakfast spread is a bit small, the semi-buffet à la carte options make up for it quite nicely."
Duolanda V Hotel (Harbin Central Street )
"Excellent service and very clean. Facilities are comprehensive, hygiene is spotless, and the environment is premium."
Jizhou TRUE GO Hotel (Harbin Engineering University)
"Facilities: This hotel is basically fully smart. The voice assistant can control the lights, open and close the curtains, which is quite convenient. There's a large TV, and the bathroom is separated with a wet and dry area. The toilet is also smart and heated, and the shower has great water pressure and is hot. Although there's no floor heating, the air conditioning is very warm. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided. Disposable amenities are replenished daily by the cleaning staff, and the water in the room is complimentary. Hygiene: The entire room is very clean, and the staff cleans it every day. Environment: The environment is also great, mainly clean and hygienic. The room isn't huge but is sufficient. The location is also quite good, not too far from anything, and it's easy to get a taxi. It's also very close to the bus stop. Service: The service is excellent. The front desk staff are very friendly, and food deliveries are brought up by a robot, which is very convenient. When I checked out, they even gave me hot water and a fridge magnet. Overall, a very satisfying stay."
Haobin Holiday Inn (Harbin Railway Station Museum Subway Station)
"The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and the cleanliness was excellent. Highly recommended."
Novotel Harbin Zhongyang Street
"How do I put it? Everything was just okay. The hotel building is quite old, so the elevator is slow and clunky. The front desk staff were fine, though. And wouldn't you know it, I happened to be there during a blackout caused by a heavy storm!"
Harbin Yinyu Designer Hotel (Central Street, Chinese Baroque Branch)
"The hotel is located very close to the Songhua River Railway Bridge, just a short walk away. The hotel interior is also very well-designed."
Earl Hotel (Harbin Sophia Church Store Central Street)
"The hotel's location is excellent, quite close to the station, and the architecture has a strong Russian flair. The front desk service was great; we arrived early, and they let us check in as soon as a room was available. However, the soundproofing in our triple room on the top floor wasn't very good, and the elevator noise was quite noticeable."
