Xueli Hotel (Harbin West High-speed Railway Station Wanda Plaza)
"## Facilities: Since the hotel is located on the upper floors of a mall, the water pressure is quite low, which is understandable. However, the drain odor was a significant issue. They've installed anti-odor valves in the drains, which unfortunately makes the water drain extremely slowly. I had to manually clear it myself in the middle of a shower. ## Environment: The environment was okay. However, smoking bans seem to be poorly enforced throughout Harbin, and people were smoking in the hotel hallways, making it difficult to breathe. I reported it to the front desk, but they were completely unresponsive, probably used to it. ## Hygiene: It was acceptable. ## Service: The service was… interesting. Because there was a wedding party picking up the bride in the hotel in the morning, which caused some disturbance, they gave each guest a portable nail clipper kit. When the three of us got back and opened them, some had two nail clippers, some had one, and some had none at all. Quite amusing."

"Clean and comfortable, reasonable arrangement. Checked in last night, the front desk lady was very nice. Stayed for two days today, all the waiters were very gentle and the service was in place. The sanitation cleaners also smiled cutely. Staying like home."
New Paris Hotel
"The hotel is in the city center, so it's super convenient to get everywhere. The subway entrance is right outside. The front desk staff are friendly and polite, and the ladies at reception are sweet and beautiful. I'm very satisfied with the hotel's facilities, everything is well-equipped."

Wanda Realm Harbin
"Wanted to give my thanks to Joe for picking us up in the airport and helping us all around. He is naturally helpful and kind. Well the hotel is grand. It is old but they maintain it. We booked suite room and it is very spacious and comfortable. Bed is just fine and huge bathroom. They make sure to clean our room every day. Location wise is excellent . Close to many malls, travel time to sofia church and some other famous attractions is about 25mins. Just the food selection in this hotel is limited. The chinese restaurant seems close or fully booked all the time and the japanese restaurant is close the whole duration of our week. Hotel says because its off season. I didn't take pictures to share but We definitely gonna book this hotel when we come back to harbin."

Hexing E-sports Hotel (Harbin Central Street Baroque Branch)
"Check in was easy, thanks to the front desk staff! I arrived to see if I could get in early to my room but it wasn’t available, so they arranged an upgrade for me to a better room that I could enter immediately. Clean, quiet and modern hotel. There were a few local places I had trouble finding but the front desk staff were able to point me in the right direction when I was out by sending me the correct map details. Thank you for all your help."
Harbin Yuesu Ice City Timing Lounge
"This hotel is located right inside the airport, which is super convenient – literally just a couple of minutes to the baggage drop-off. I booked a single room, and while it was small, it had everything I needed and was very clean. Even though the showers are communal, it didn't bother me at all, and they were also spotless. You can hear the airport announcements in the room, but they're very faint and distant, so I personally found they didn't disturb my sleep whatsoever. If you're tired from traveling, I highly recommend staying here for a good rest."
