Great hotel good location close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast has made a huge improvement since last stay.

Got absolutely no sleep, was next to a room with teen boys with no supervision who were so loud & caused a commotion. I’m so disappointed in this hotel, I have stayed at this hotel before and had a great stay. It would be great to get a refund for a horrible stay!!!

The rooms were really spacious and clean. The breakfast offering could’ve been done better. They were understaffed and kept running out of everything. I know they tried their best but it was hard when there were a lot of hotel guests.

Food is tasty, Easy checkin, nice hotel room suite. Took a while to get a mattress. Was surprised that the couch bed didn't have a mattress and they seemed to drag their feet and complain when they had to make sure we all had a bed in the room.

The hotel was nice, the rooms are big and the breakfast choices were more than plentiful. I was in an accessible room and the only negative thing I could say is the assistance devices could use some scrubbing. A lot of build in in the grooves of the faucets and bars.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and very accommodating. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable and thin. Another guest went down to desk at the same time as I did to get extra blankets as a cushion for the pull out mattress.

The only negative thing I have to say is that the room was dirty when we first checked in. I could see fingerprints on the bed board and mirror.

Very nice and accommodating staff. We liked the room and layout, as well as the location. Multiple dining options and shopping within walking distance. Our only complaint with the room involved the dishes and silverware, which were dirty with food on them. Otherwise pleased with all other aspects of the hotel.
