Spent a nice time

Overall, my stay was good. Our room and the hotel, in general, needed more cleanliness. Counters, dressers, and tables were all clean, but the walls, floors, and carpet were grimy. One of the bedspreads had a stain near the foot of the bed, but the sheets appeared clean. Our bathroom needed a shower curtain, but we were given one when we requested it at the check-in space.

Laundry, gym, pool and an elevator all out of order. The elevator is scary as 💩! Also, dirty comforter. Find somewhere else to stay.

Pros: Hotel staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and bed was amazingly comfortable. Cons: Only one elevator worked, ice machines didn’t work, overall the cleanliness of room could have been much better! Cracks in ceiling and texture pealing. Walls were visibly dirty. Pillows and couch stained.

My only complaint was they had one elevator that didn’t work but everything else was great! Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again when I am in the area

Was staying here to attend my sister’s funeral. At check-in I’m told I have no reservation. Show the clerk my email confirmation. He already checked someone else in under my name. Took him an hour to straighten everything out. Very frustrating and added to an already horrible situation.

This was my first stay at this Holiday Inn I must say we had 2 check in issues and the yoing lady at the ftont desk got them corrected real quick upgraded rooms I will be staying here again everything was good great service

It was a great stay the young lady that checked me in is awesome I will definitely stay again

Clean and modern rooms. Very good breakfast. All over very good.
