名副其實的五星級酒店，性價比超高，服務也特別好，房間很新很乾凈，設施齊全，房間裏還有茶裏的茶包，晚上點了份餐，麪條超好吃，是家裡的味道。院裏的環境也很舒適，下次來一定還住這裏

到鶴壁出差，攻略到下午三點選擇了這家酒店，事實證明不枉費我的心血。首先，因為要去周邊城市，我們租了車，鶴壁迎賓花園酒店有免費的地下停車場，還有禮賓小哥哥免費泊車，非常貼心。其次，酒店位置真的太太太好了，茲鄰購物廣場，附近一公里範圍內各種好吃的， 酒店衞生搞得不錯，非常的新，設施設備也非常多，裏面有冰箱、消毒櫃，甚至還有保險箱，酒店的服務非常好，每位服務員不管男女，都形象出眾，每一位路過的員工和保潔阿姨都會温和問好，前台的小姑娘服務態度很好，大堂經理看我們提着行李，立馬跑過來幫我們拿，還帶領我們回房間，得知我們是出差，熱情的給我們介紹了鶴壁周邊的一些景點和地標性地址。晚上的送餐要給出滿分！餐的質量很高，送餐的小哥服務很到位。自助早餐的品種非常多，也是很令人驚喜，味道都很不錯，可選擇性太多了，中餐類型、西點類型都有。吃完早餐以後，服務人員都會了解感受及需要改進的地方，這一點非常贊！總體來説，環境很好，服務很好，工作人員都熱情，入住體驗非常好！

地理位置不錯，在市中心附近，旁邊是鶴煤集團總部大樓和鶴煤醫院，馬路對面是一個商場和夜市飯館。酒店在一個小公園院裏，特別安靜，房間還算大，加了床不會顯得特別擁擠，加的床睡着舒服。早餐的羊肉湯好喝，就是早餐的果汁再多一種就完美了。

剛開始定了一天，入住後感覺不錯有加了一天，趕上五一好幾家結婚的，看了酒店還挺忙，總之環境位置和房間，還有餐廳都感覺不錯，會推薦朋友來入住

房間寬敞明亮，衞浴佈局合理，室外就像一個森林公園，適合不同年齡段的人休閑娛樂。早餐品種豐富，口味適宜，服務合理有度。就節假日出遊高峯時期而言，這裡是一個性價比超高的選擇

酒店設施齊全，環境優美，衞生乾淨整潔，服務態度還有待提高。入住時，服務員説我訂的是無窗的房間，要求免費升級房，還必須在補差價，補了差價給安排了一個衹能看到屋頂的房間，再次要求才給調換了個房間。
