酒店對於參加馬拉松的遊客非常友好，離出發點走路10分鐘，送了補給包，還有照片裏橫幅很給力，漢庭logo也很應景。前台服務也很好，這次鶴壁之行玩的很開心。

整體而言，週末以不到150價格有如此服務及設施，非常感到超值！
房務裝設：簡約設計俐落、燈光配置剛好。
房務機能：房間浴廁都很乾淨、床鋪柔軟無暇、基本備品充足。
公設機能：有公共浴室佳、一樓配有桌椅及咖啡廳佳。
待加強：紗窗要需進行改良修繕、打擾房務需注意是否有飛蟲進入。

房間很大，很乾凈，很安靜，前後都有停車位置，超級方便。另外，用餐環境好，看到一個服務員給客房送早餐，原來是客人腿腳不方便，這種服務真值得稱讚！五星好評！
