房間整潔舒適，設施齊全，毛巾浴巾杯子消毒後都有專屬的包裝袋，讓人用起來很放心。前台服務熱情周到，彬彬有禮。特別要贊一下自助早餐：品種多樣、色香味俱佳，而且服務非常細緻入微，客人取餐落座後，服務員馬上送來一杯開水，讓人倍感親切……。總之，在鶴礦賓館住宿是一次非常温馨的體驗，以後有機會再來鶴崗一定會再住這裏。

父親退休了，讓我陪他回原來工作的地方看看，他原來就是鶴礦的職工，所以我專門訂了鶴礦賓館。賓館環境很好，服務也非常周到細緻，我説怕洗澡冷，服務人員專門送來了空調遙控器，非常感謝工作人員的照顧！另外自助早餐也很豐富，推薦給大家都去感受一下！

新裝修的房間，乾淨衞生。床品也是全新的。這幾天正趕上降温下雪，房間很暖和。服務人員特別細心，我愛人糖尿病，胰島素針放前台保存，大堂經理總是細心提醒。
