這家酒店位置有點偏，黑河也不大，打車就很方便基本在六塊，夜景也是能看到對面亮燈，房間硬件還不錯，就是衞生清掃不認真，床底下還有東西，房間味道不好，房間有凈化器和加濕器，冰箱，酒店樓層服務到是不錯的，房間還有膠囊咖啡，茶，外賣能上樓，總體還是不錯，

床墊和乳膠枕絕對有五星級酒店的標準，很舒服，裝修很有品味，強烈推薦。因為衹有三層，看江就有點勉強了。環境安靜之極，睡眠質量很好。

本來挺抱期待的，都辦理完入住了，十一點多洗澡到半截，地漏不下水，積滿了，自己處理也沒弄好，叫來服務員也不行，也沒有專業人員能處理，與前台溝通，一句道歉也沒有，明明隔壁就有房，説600多不能給，收拾整理一通，穿着浴袍換到了樓上同號房間，還是下水不暢，服務員還説這還600多呢，似乎我還佔了便宜，真的很無語，出現問題不是想辦法處理讓顧客滿意，而是想寫怎麼不虧本，真是讓人失望！

酒店很新，但並沒有新裝修的異味，酒店有很大的免費停車場，硬件也不錯房間備有膠囊自助咖啡、智能馬桶廁所乾濕分隔。工作人員認真負責前台的小畢小王兩位姑娘對遠道而來客人態度熱情關懷周到，讓我們覺得很温暖。

非常不錯的店，不是第一次入住了。室內空間非常大，設備也非常齊全，還有電子秤這些東西。室內冰箱什麼的都很不錯。但是唯一一點就是一樣窗户可以改進一下，那個窗簾拉上之後，總是容易劃開。

酒店應該是在黑河市的西邊離江不遠。酒店有較大的公共空間設計的挺好的，但是房間不太隔音，整個樓道都有下水道的味。我預訂的是一樓帶露台的房間被前台升級到了二層沒有露台的房間，發現後我又讓前台給我降了房級。
