要是能給0分，一分都不想給，定過之後行程有點趕，趕不過去，通過攜程聯繫取消訂單不能取消，最後説收取違約金退一半也行啊，不但不退而且訂單也不給取消，再接着把房定給其他人收取兩份的錢。之前維也納酒店也是同樣情況，打電話人家維也納二話不説直接給退了。小賓館就是不行，差勁了很。最後攜程客服小鹿和攜程再三溝通攜程自己給退了一半房費幫我承擔了，非常感謝攜程小鹿客服。和靜東歸賓館差勁了很。

來疆十天裏住的最好的一晚，給人賓至如歸的感覺，也有可能不是在常規景區吧，我的家鄉這裏也有條和靜路，晚9點漫步和靜街頭竟有種回到家鄉飯後溜灣的味道。因為獨庫未開放繞路到和靜，沒有拍照，也許人生中也不會再去，有緣到此一遊。

房間整潔，餐飲設施齊全，當地的新疆口味餐飲很有特色，飯菜口味很適口，居然按照客人的需求端上來了北方人愛吃的韭菜花。服務人員服務相當到位。像是在迎接遠到而來的貴賓。酒店旁邊是和靜街心公園，傍晚有維族味道可以體驗異域文化！在街心花園裡是末代滿汗王爺府。距離酒店一小時車程是著名的博斯騰湖。酒店是從伊寧到南疆218公路上的重要‼️歇腳點！願幫助的上咱們這些野的不行的驢友們！

房間很好，床墊很厚實睡覺非常舒服，窗簾電動，洗漱用品很全面，刮鬍刀非常好用，房間還帶有音樂🎶忙碌的一天回房間很温馨，尤其是門口保安服務態度很好，今天回來有點晚車位緊張保安直接帶到後面停車場安排停車

本次入住恰逢新疆60年一遇的暴雪和低温，一路提心吊膽，但從入住的那一刻就被温暖相伴，特別感謝。滿滿温馨的酒店，讓我們忘記了所有的傷痛和不適。對酒店的設施感到特別滿意，同時讓我們回憶起十年前入住的情景，時間飛逝，但酒店依舊而且各方面都有提升，智慧化管理更貼心暖心。圖2為自製螞蟻清除小配方，很讓人感動管理者的細微服務！

住店體驗不錯，前台小姐姐們熱情微笑服務，房間乾淨整潔，床鋪、衞生用品都一應俱全，房內設施齊全，熱水供應充足，餐廳餐品種類齊全，營養葷素搭配合理，出門就是公園，吃過晚飯可以出門溜達溜達欣賞下夜景，停車場停車位很充足，不用找別的停車場停車，這次住店體檢不錯，好評

住了一晚，衞生自然不用多説，沒有哪個酒店不打掃乾淨。工作人員服務態度真誠，不厭其煩，提供了良好的服務體驗。房間寬敞，基礎設施齊全，補的速度也很快。環境也可以，對面就是公園。總結一下還挺性價比的。

滿心歡喜的在小縣城裡找到一家掛牌四星賓館，結果是失望而歸，除了停車場和房間的空間外，其他的軟硬件設施僅有2星的水平，水温不熱且水壓很低，設施陳舊，自助餐廳用的是職工飯堂的盆子，真是頭一回見，吃了個早餐回房間開不了門，還得跑去大堂，問其原因，冷冰冰的回了句消磁了，這還用你説嗎，十點半房卡消磁？可笑，關鍵是一句禮貌性的語言都沒有，國企當自強啊，否則將要被淘汰
