Great hotel. Very nice vibe. Room was very small, but ok. No fridge or safe. Very good breakfast, with local specialties.Hotel a little far from central area, and most things in the surrounding area were closed, due to midsummer.

The staff were so kind and the location was great! The room was also really cute. However, I requested room cleaning and fresh towels once, and both were forgotten! That was a bit disappointing.

It was really clean and wonderful. Breakfast also good. I can leave luggage check-in before and check-out after. It was really helpful for me :) Kiitos!

Nice, beautiful hotel right next to a very large and spacious parking garage. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful in solving two personal problems. The hotel has a modern interior with a lot of art and different little nooks, which makes it feel homely. The breakfast was superb!

We had an excellent stay at Hotel AX! The hotel’s unique art-inspired design and spacious, well-equipped rooms made our stay truly memorable. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with great vegetarian and vegan options as well. The staff, especially at the reception, were warm and welcoming throughout. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Helsinki — modern, artistic and full of character!

The hotel was generally good and was very close to the tram station. City center was around 10 minutes with the tram. Breakfast was also good. Hotel was generally clean. We faced the problem that the basin drain (in the bathroom) was blocked and water was draining very slow, which made a quite bad impressions. I communicated to the reception about the problem, but they told me that the maintenance company will come on Monday and will perform the repairs. Other then that, the hotel was good. Rooms were clean but quite small

Only disadvantage is that there was no window to be opened

Love the art infused ambiance in the design of hotel and the guest rooms are modern and really comfortable. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. I like to stay here everytime I visit the city.

Small rooms comapre to similar hotel rooms . No table or chair for quick work . Never refilled the bath and shower gel for the whole week I stayed . Also the breakfast items very limited .

It's a shame I can't upload photos because I keep getting an error. The new hotel was very clean! Thank you for providing such a lovely room with a large window! The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the West Terminal. The USB jack was very convenient! I would love to go again!

Atmospheric hotel, beautiful art on the walls, happened to be an art room that suited my taste. Delicious breakfast. I would happily stay again. Good value for money.

A great hotel in a great location. I booked one night to rest, get a good night's sleep, and have a delicious breakfast after a long journey. Everything worked out just fine :) The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet. I was alone and stayed for one night, and there was enough space for me, but if you're traveling with two people and have two suitcases, even small ones, you'll feel very cramped. The hotel staff is very friendly.
