"Room was big and spacious. Breakfast was great and the staff were polite whenever I meet them along the way to the lift or back to my room. I would like to suggest if a dual card can be provided so that the room can be kept alight when the card key is removed and bring out as sometime the room is too dark and the door closes too fast before I can slot in the card. This hotel is close to the Helsinki central station and most of the itenary such as Helsinki cathedral or some of the nicely decorated library."

"Lovely new hotel, very clean and modern, just at the train station (quite convenient), but also next to the city center attractions. The staff was incredibly welcoming and nice. Check in and check out was smooth. The room was cozy and beds were comfortable, and had all needed amenities. 10/10!"

"This hotel by the pier offers fantastic views. The sauna, gym, and rooftop garden are all excellent. For breakfast, there's a row of seats facing the sea, where you can watch cruise ships and warships dock. However, during my stay, the floor drain in my room had a problem, and the shower water drained very slowly. Also, the bathroom trash can was broken by the cleaning staff on the second day, making it inconvenient to throw away trash. These issues definitely detracted from the experience."

"I have no idea why some complains about the customer service, it was nice. The location is not really far from PK area, but there are not many restaurant options nearby. The worst part for me was just that the room is quite bad though the hotel was not really expensive. I have not seen any hotel that does not have a shampoo or body wash... Ofc, no toothbrush, no toothpaste.. No fridge, even no glass for drinking.. 🤔"

"Our experience wasn't off to a good start, dealing with Jason when dropping our bags in the morning. He was borderline ******, assuming we were with the other Asian groups, making presumptions about our requests, and had difficulties understanding our requests on arranging for early to-go breakfast boxes. But everything else during our stay was perfect hence the 5 stars. Everyone else we dealt with, including the house keepers, restaurant staff and cleaners were all great - very helpful and friendly. The hotel is strategically located right next to the Central railway station. The room itself was large and clean and beautifully decorated. We also tried out the facilities including sauna and cold plunge (a Finnish culture), which were top notch. The gym was also world class and properly better equipped than some other commercial gyms out there. The other highlight was the breakfast. So many options even for vegetarians like us, all allergens clearly labelled. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's ever in Helsinki."

"Very spacious hotel and comfortable bed! However the location is quite an uphill walk even though it is 8-12 minutes, and Helsinki roads are not the smoothest. The bathroom provided a mop which became obvious why later as the area outside the shower will flood as there is a gap between the doors. The first night I wet the bathroom mat entirely which was unpleasant as the floor became wet and cold."

The morning after my check-in was International Women's Day, and they even gave me roses. Overall, it was a very good experience. The location is also very convenient, with a Michelin-starred restaurant downstairs. I recommend it!"

"The Hotel itself is stunning and the Staff is very friendly. Sadly Hotel rooms are ageing, all the Walls have multiple colour shades, because they were patched. The doors have marks. When we entered the room it was also quite dusty. Which was fixed fast after we alerted the front desk."

Overall, it's one of the best and most recommended hotels in Helsinki."
