"Calm location , good connections to the outdoor and the nature, Nuksion National Park. Calm and spacious rooms .Big plus pool and sauna. The info could be present a little more about the hotel services immediately when reaching , respa was very busy , because only one person worked in it even though it was very nice Saturday , did a lot of work , He was in the bar as a salesman plus passa and dinner to help and the meeting rooms also, I think, was cleaning at the same time. Guidelines of the hotel garden some of the already slightly renewable and the Hotel area map could also be outdoor shown. In addition, it would make the rest faster if there were in the hall for example coffee as well as a drink automatic. Now the coffee for example was only received for a limited time , or then correspondingly the rooms could have water cookers. Foreigns (which in the hotel had a lot ) for example used to drinking tea and water cooking in the hotel room with standard equipment. Breakfast is just a basin, silks and a small sweet dessert missing."

"When we checked in, the staff were very polite and professional. Of course they recommended their restaurant and advised us that it opens at 17:00. When it came to dinner time, the restaurant was fairly empty but the staff kept asking us “do you have a reservation”, as if we had walked in to a busy restaurant in the middle of Helsinki on a Friday. Because in that case, of course you would need a reservation. Turns out, they were entirely booked out, unless we wanted to pay the $20 for the “Jazz Show” which was no where near starting. Our hopes were very low for breakfast and this hotel managed to go lower. The coffee machine appeared to be “in cleaning mode”, but was actually broken, with no sign. The drip filtered coffee was good, but they ran out of that within 10 minutes. The bread was all pre cut, and therefore stale. It had clearly been sitting in the open air for quite some time. We were expected to provide a “breakfast ticket”, but we were not given one. I get the impression that the management of this establishment are all about “getting the customers in” but failing to meet the minimum standards. We come to Helsinki region a lot and this was our first time in Espoo. It wasn’t a good one."
