Hotel Haaga Central Park

The hotel is not in the city center but it takes more than 20 minutes by bus, opposite is the forest. The room is on the first floor, the windows can be locked, there is no kettle, it may be borrowed at the front desk, the room is not large, the water heater may not be the conventional method of opening and closing, so I do n’t know if the phone came in at night and asked if I knew the front desk number Is n’t that because they do n’t use this water heater ... Breakfast is good and the sun is plentiful.
Aalto Inn

The Aalto Inn is great for a long-term stay but a nightmare for just a few days. It is NOT a hotel! There is no reception, no restaurant, no bar, no pool, no nothing! No shower soap or shampoo, no amenities. Nobody cleans it each day, and the towels and sheets you start with are the only ones you'll get! But the rooms are large and clean, with a decent kitchen with microwave, fridge, coffee pot, water cooker, utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. Good apartment, not a hotel. You MUST make sure that you get the emailed instructions before hand. These include a punch code to get in the front door and extract your room key from a weird device on the wall. Since I booked through a third-party website those did not arrive. I was literally standing outside in the snow, with no way to get in and nobody to call. Eventually another guest let me in and somehow we found a number to call, and I got into my room - after an hour! Another thing separating Aalto from a real hotel - you must clean up yourself, before you leave. Do the dishes and take out the trash - yes mommy.... But otherwise, pretty good! BTW, walk across the bridge to Min Sushi - wonderful!
Skyline Airport Hotel

A very cost-effective hotel near the airport local transfer, booked this hotel, there is a bus 🚌 direct access, the location is a bit biased. The winter night in northern Europe is long, about ten minutes walk from the nearby shopping point. There is a supermarket, bought some milk and bread. There is a separate kitchen table in the room for cooking by yourself. Suitable for backpackers traveling alone and cheap. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport in the morning.

Very good hotel, kids like it very much......, next time I come to Finland, I will stay here again, the hotel breakfast is very good, the room is very large, and a baby cot is added for free.
Noli Myyrmäki

Great hotel, includes the kitchenette with the stove and the refrigerator. The huge plus is a washer in the room, so we could do our laundry. Located about 12 minutes walking distance to the train station, which can take you straight downtown. There are a few grocery stores within the walking distance also, which is very convenient. The hotel itself has a movie room, a kitchen room, a play room, gym and a sauna. Nice for the price - highly recommend!!!
Hiisi Homes Helsinki Haaga

Location is convenient, short walk from station Pohjois-Haaga... 20 min on train from airport and 10 minutes to Helsinki central station. We had a car rented for 3 days; there is free parking nearby in specific slots Well stocked supermarket nearby at the station. Checkin/checkout is all automatic. Spacious apartment and good kitchen with utensils and oil, spices etc. CONS: An alarm went off from the TV at midnight. Horrible! We informed them but no one came to address it. We kept the TV unplugged for the rest of our stay. We stayed for 6 nights... no change of towels or housekeeping, though their manual says there is daily housekeeping. Windows are not openable, their temp dial does not work either
