It’s our second time staying here to visit family near by. Staff is very friendly & helpful. We felt save and will stay there again. The price isn’t bad, we’re retired seniors on a fixed income.

There was no housekeeping. Bed was never made and floors and bathrooms were never cleaned during our three day stay. Used towels were taken every day but no replacement towels were left. I had to go to the front desk each night for new towels and wash cloths. No one at front desk when checking out.
Very disappointing stay.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is close to the highway and the main road to downtown Hendersonville. It's close to great dining and shopping options.

My husband and I mistakenly left our electric toothbrushes in the bathroom. I called 2X to ask if the cleaning staff found them and was told they would check on it. I got no response.

We were assured the motel was pet-friendly but after arriving we found that the property on one side was private and the property on the other side is being renovated and there is nowhere to take your pet to do their business!
Until the motel next door is completely renovated, I would not recommend this motel as pet-friendly!

Apparently, this location has changed ownership. The new owner does not keep the complementary breakfast supply up for the quantity of guests. Every morning they were running out of breakfast before the time of breakfast was completed. Pets were allowed to stay at the hotel, but we’re not kept quiet, which was disturbing for us while staying there. The heating unit in our room was too noisy and would not be repaired while we stayed so we had to move to another room after our first night. Staff seemed to be confused or unsure about policies about rooms being straightened up or clean each day. We were VERY disappointed and will NEVER stay there again! A sign about breakfast supplies was posted to give feedback to an Owner/Manager. I hope this feedback to ******* will have some impact on future guest experiences.

The breakfast was unacceptable. They were out most breakfast options. No replacement of eggs, sausage, yogurt, and the timer on the waffle didn’t work. No peanut butter or butter for toast. Select teas were also gone. They stated there was no more and this was at 7:30am. Only two choices of cereal also.
