Beautiful place overall and friendly staff, but as many have said already, there's work to be done here as far as the rooms in the Inn itself. The walls and doors are paper thin. We were on the first floor and could hear every single footstep above us in both the room directly above and the one before it, even though they weren't being loud. The lady next door to us was having a conversation on her phone in a normal voice, and it sounded pretty much like she was in the room with us. Late at night, people don't care about slamming doors, and you can hear doors slam on the complete opposite end of the floor you're on. If you're a light sleeper, or even a medium sleeper, you're gonna be woke up if you're there with night owls.
The AC units are a whole other story. We had to switch rooms at 2am our final night because the AC started making loud noises. The room we were moved to was better, but the AC in there was also making strange and random noises... Just thankfully not as loud.
Perhaps the cottages are better overall. We loved the location and about everything else. Breakfast was good, on par with most that I've seen and with plenty of room so you're not crowded.
