The hotel has convenient parking and complete facilities. It is very close to Shigu Academy. At our request, a female staff member at the front desk gave a free room upgrade. Thank you very much! Under her guidance, we added a hotel applet and bought a breakfast coupon on our mobile phone, but the small things that happened behind were very disappointing. After we checked in, we asked to add two more bath towels and two bottles of water. She said that there was no such thing in the room? We said yes, plus, she seems to feel that this situation has not been heard of, we have to explain it to her repeatedly, she said that the hotel has a rule to give two bottles of water, then buy it yourself, do not take the initiative to say that bath towels can be given, we said that water can be bought by ourselves. Bath towels can be given. She said yes. We stayed for 3 days, and the floor attendant still sent two more bottles of water every day! Two bottles of water are a small matter, but you can see the service awareness of the front desk staff.

下次去衡陽還住這裏。。真的太舒服了，跟着本地人定的酒店尊嘟太滿意了！朋友連續住了3天2夜，直誇好贊，週末和好姐妹一起 staycation ，發現了這家酒店温暖感十足的酒店，真的好好哦，房間是明亮而温馨的，打開窗户就可以看見湘江瀟水河，本懶人直接解放雙手就在解放路步行街附近！入住是前台配有免費的花茶，自助暢飲，酒店後面就是解放路步行街，房間設計超温馨舒適，以後家裡的裝修也想弄成這個樣子。房間很舒服，設施設備都是精心挑選的。吹風機也超級好用！ 大堂隨便一拍都很出片，時尚優雅有格調。進入酒店像是來了一場 City Walk ，從一樓到到客房，精心設計的動線和體驗感拉滿。 酒店下樓就可以散步到湘江瀟水河，以及去到我們最火爆的打卡點﹣石鼓書院，臨街很多吃的喝的可以邊走邊逛。到步行街茶顏悦色也很近，500m距離，解放路直達南湖大學小吃街，紅湘路大學城小吃街都很近，出行特別方便在衡陽發現了一家極具設計感的酒店”還有洗衣房和早餐廳的酒店，這下長住也不擔心啦而且還提供免費的花茶暢飲，前台還配備了有小朋友的還有小童拖鞋和牙刷，真的全方位照顧到了，細節直接拉滿，這個價位在這裏算是性價比很高了，貨比三家選擇這價不會錯。一家人出行還有家庭房可以選擇，也是非常到位，總結來説吃喝玩樂還是非常方便的。

The free pick-up and drop-off from the high-speed rail station to the hotel is very convenient. The hotel is close to Hengshan Scenic Area. It only takes 6-7 yuan to take a Didi taxi there. It has complete facilities. The bedding is clean. I got motion sick and vomited while riding in the eco-friendly car in the scenic area that went up the mountain today. I persisted until we reached Nantianmen. It was windy, rainy and foggy just like Mount Lu, and we couldn't see much scenery. So we decisively decided to go down the mountain.

During the Spring Festival, I passed through Hengyang. The high-speed traffic jam was serious. I simply found a hotel to stay at the high-speed. I didn’t expect the service and environment to be very satisfactory. 👍, free parking in the courtyard, and charging piles. The price is super high. It is worthy of praise 👍

很有意思的一家酒店，大廳有個自助水吧，不僅可以喝茶，還有美式咖啡、意式咖啡，對於我這種離開了咖啡活不下去的人簡直是福音！聽前台説是剛開業的新酒店，但是房間還是非常乾淨的，有一股淡淡的香水味，看得出很注重細節。最後不得不感慨，不愧是新開的酒店，連馬桶也是智能的，衹需要按一下旁邊的按鈕就可以了，對我來説還是挺新奇的。另外，我到前台辦理入住的時候，前台特意提醒我有健身房，有需要的話可以免費使用，説實話，我一開始入住之前，一直覺得小地方的酒店都大差不差的，但是這家酒店確實給了我不一樣的感受，能體會到是真心實意的為顧客考慮的。如果有出差的朋友們需要住酒店的，值得推薦一下這裏
