Great hotel, the rooms were spotless, the cleaning staff were attentive and friendly, the front desk staff was cheerful and extremely helpful when I needed some meds on a Sunday. They searched for a pharmacy that was open, and then called to make sure. Great place. And the breakfast is very comprehensive!

Great place to stay in the middle of everything! The staff were kind, the beds super comfortable and breakfast was included. There is not parking for the hotel directly but central parking is right in front and is discounted to 8€ (2023) for hotel guests. Overall great hotel!

Convenient location. Everything is 5min within the hotel as it is located in the heart of Heraklion. The interior of the hotel + room would wow you with the modernity. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel!

I sincerely recommend staying cautiously. We loved the island on our second visit to Crete, but this hotel completely changed the trip. I hardly comment, this impression is unforgettable... First of all, the room smells of formaldehyde, the room design has potential safety hazards, the service is very poor, the front desk and the manager are very vulgar. The only plus might be the location, but there are better options around it!

The property was within walking distance to top notch restaurants, the Archeological museum of Heraklion, Koules Fortress, and had a parking garage close by. The entire place, smelled lovely! Highly recommend!

Great location and even greater service. There is a parking garage right next door. We were greeted with a refreshing lemon aid and homemade chocolate. They even gave us a room upgrade. The bed was very comfortable and TV had access to Amazon prime and Netflix. Breakfast options were also very good.

In the heart of Heraklion historic sites, shopping, and dining. We’d stay here again if it had a pool.

The location is perfect! Walking distance from the port, plazas & squares, shopping, restaurants, and the historic castle! Very clean and convenient! The room is a little small but more than enough! We spent our time out, dining, riding horses, shopping, etc. The crew is very polite and helpful! The included breakfast is impressive! Very delicious and fresh! I highly recommend this hotel!

Staff were great and communicated well before our arrival. The hotel is basically new. Great breakfast. Very close to the tourist area with restaurants and shops.

Very nice place in the center of Heraklio. The garage is opposite to the hotel.
