Bluegreen Vacations at Hershey, Ascend Resort Collection

Our 8 day stay at The Suites at Hershey was one of the nicest hotels we have visited in the central PA area. The 2 bedroom accommodations and decor were very modern, clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat screen TV's and outstanding view of HersheyPark and the Outlet Mall area. We also liked the added security measures for the garage parking and elevator operation. It was an excellent and pleasurable experience and overall high value for us. We hope to return again sometime soon!

Loved it! Great location, huge clean rooms, great for kids. The pool was heated and clean and quiet. It was like staying in an apartment. Staff was so nice and accommodating to our every need. Right next to Hershey Park and to the outlet mall. Staff provided a list of great activities.

Traveled in March. Close to many eating establishments and shopping. Prime thrifting and antiques shopping. Jubilee in Palmyra was a nice spot for thrifting that was close. Desserts etc was a sweet treat open later that was five minutes away. Overall a great time.

These condos are large and nicely furnished.The management staff greeted us warmly and responded quickly to requests. The Tanger Outlets are less than a one minute walk away. The condo is a few minutes away from all the Hershey attractions.

I heartily agree with the enormous number of 5 Star reviews visitors have given this location, and shall try to offer something original. We originally took a suite to spend time lwith family who were unable to travel over the Thanksgiving. We returned for business. Most recently we returned for business, and a bit of rest and relaxation. We have been guests at many RCI affiliated resorts over the years, for business, vacation and family visits. The Suites at Hershey is unquestionably one, if not the, finest of destinations. Multiple visits within the past season has shown The Suites at Hershey to be a most consistently, beautifully operated facility! This we credit to the excellent management of Brett and his extraordinary, pleasant and most gracious staff, from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance. Every single aspect of our stay was excellent, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful. Many thanks.

As always, The Suites At Hershey never disappoints. The staff is lovely and always will go the extra mile. The units are always clean and have everything you need. The property is close to many things fun!

We enjoyed the location and had much to do in the area. We visited a cave and went to a civil war museum. We drove into Hershey to visit their train museum. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We visited in February .

We stayed here two years ago in bldg 3 and our unit was extremely large with a large bathtub in the master bedroom and fireplace in the living room. It was clean and well appointed. This time we were in bldg 1 and our unit was much smaller and did not have a large tub in the master and did not have a fireplace in the livingroom. I purposely said when I checked in that I don't care what floor I'm on or bldg I'm in as long as I have the tub and fireplace. The gentleman just smiled and said yes. I didn't get either of those in the unit. When we went to our unit on the 4th floor - there were no start up supplies - so they had to bring us them. The unit had not been vacuumed as there was so much dirt and lint all over the rug and the floors. There was laundry detergent spilled all over the floor that had never been swept up and the worst part was the master shower had quite a bit of hair in on the floor that I spent 10 minutes sanitizing and cleaning the shower floor and walls. Also, black specks of mold would come out of the shower/bathtub water every single time we used them over the 6 days... every single time. The trains are extremely noisy in bldg 1. They will wake you up in the early AM hours as they run by every 20 minutes and will blow their horns because it's a railroad crossing. So it's difficult to get a good nights sleep. Our unit 01 was right next the elevator so everytime the elevator was in use the master bedroom wall would vibrate and you would feel it as you lay in bed.

Resort was a great location to see and do everything in the area. Close enough to Lancaster and Herr's Snack Factory, as well as many other locations and fun places to see. If you are in the area, I highly recommend the Catacombs at Bube's Brewery, an upscale fine dining experience that was beyond amazing. Plus there are so many Hershey things to do as well.
