Nana Princess Suites Villas & Spa

We stayed at Nana Princess at the end of May for our honeymoon. We were greeted with incredibly kind and attentive staff, especially Angeliki and Alla. The hotel is new, has all the luxury amenities necessary. Each room has a stunning sea view and private pool. Restaurants serve fresh and delicious food all times of day. Hotel has a private beach with individual lounge areas and sunbeds. Angeliki went above and beyond by ensuring our stay was comfortable, activities were reserved, and she even organized a sweet birthday cake for our visiting friend. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back again!

Review Nana Princess Nana Princess is a property you rarely come across nowadays. To get every detail right in the hospitality industry is a complex and time consuming task but Nana Princess did a fine job planning its property and operations which ticks all the boxes an avid travel enthusiast desires. The hotel’s design is modern and elegant as the several split levels, open spaces, and design choices give you a feeling you are staying in a contemporary art museum. The lines, lighting, materials, and glass are put well into place and as a guest you experience the ideologie of the brand with it’s art, fragrance, and live music, to name a few. The only one thing you might note is that the property feels a tad out of place as it’s a modern oasis amongst the older guest houses and hotel on the outdated Northen coast of Crete. That’s not a negative notion perse, as if this resort was to be located somewhere a bit more secluded, it would be a go-to retreat for the rich and famous as is the case in let’s say Sardinia or the Cote de Azure. The hospitality of the resort is unmatched as all the staff members know how to accommodate their guests in a timely manner and make sure that they have any desire fulfilled. A big thank you is in place as Angeliki and the rest of team do a fine job and make sure that you want to visit them again.

the hotel staff are very kind, you have a golf kart taking you anywhere in the hotel if you don't feel like walking, their sister hotel nana golden, has many activities for little kids - and you can walk there or take the gold kart the pool in your room in nana princess can be heated to any degree you wish the food at the meat restaurant was also very good

Nana Princess was nothing but unreal. It was spectacular, it was unbelievable, it was literally heaven on earth and I'd describe the staff there as heaven on earth. My friend and I were visiting Crete for the first time and were particular about our choice of hotel. After reading amazing reviews of Nana Princess, we thought to settle for it and remain so happy about our choice. First impression when we drove into the hotel was bliss, the wide smile from the security guy to the breathtaking ambience and fragrance that hits you when you walk into the lobby. We were welcome by the most delightful hostess Charis who walked us through our check in process, offered us customised pens and refreshing welcome drinks. We arrived hours before check in but they were generous enough to offer us early check in and even breakfast while our suite was being prepared. While we thought Charis was being super nice, we were soon introduced to the guest relations manager Sophia who was so delightful. They took us round the facility and blew our minds with an upgrade to one of the newly completed villas. Words can't describe how beautiful the villa was. Had it's own sauna, Bluetooth connection, private pool, squeaky clean rooms, very large and lush bed, a huge and beautifully decorated bathroom with Hermes personal amenities etc. We really did feel like princesses......WOW. Shortly after settling in, we are presented with complimentary champagne service with a fruit and sweet platter. We immediately decided we needed to extend our stay right there on the spot. Dining at Nana Princess would be described at exquisite. Their pastry chef deserves an award. Best croissant I've ever had, the service is so personal, they make you feel you're the only one in the room. The breakfast manager Michealis was always there with the most hearty reception, there were two Marias and another Sophie who made sure we were well taken care of. There are two other A la carte restaurants for lunch and dinner. One serving seafood and the other meat. We had such delicious meals every single time. It was always a hit. Nana Princess is the only facility I've been to where your room is clean twice a day. Every night, house keeping came to refresh the room, change towels, lay the beds and drop cute tiny chocolate boxes. I found it too beautiful. The buggy service was incredibly efficient. We never had to wait a second. They'd always arrive before we are ready and every single one of the drivers had the the same pleasant attitude. Sadly we didn't get to use the spa as we missed our appointment but the reception from Stella the manager, Angel and the rest of the team was quite remarkable. There's so much to say about Nana Princess but it's better experienced. Great resort, very attentive staff also to our 3-year old. Catered to your every need and we're very helpful and caring. The resort itself is very lovely with nice views and a very clean and spacious room which were kept clean and tidy. We had a great time and would recommend!
