從入住的一開始就不爽，前台居然讓我取消訂單，然後給我更優惠的價格。被我拒絕了。入住後房間裏抽風不暢順，時不時就有一股臭味。晚上回來，也沒力氣折騰換房了。房間沒有內線電話，需要服務都是打給前台提供的手機號。結果到第二天早上需要紙巾的時候就沒人接電話了。服務爛到底了，白瞎了這麼好的地方。再也不會來，也不會推薦朋友來。

客人來了要告訴房間的具體位置，後經管家指點終於入住，管家還是很負責任的，沖涼的花灑🚿要換了，一開射的到處都是，家裡使用是不會出現這種情況的，周邊環境確實不錯

巴伐利亞莊園是去過一次不會再想去的地方，飲食、設施很一般，價格超貴，被宰的要命，如果要去 記得提前買好吃的東西。我點了一份涼麪，路邊攤那種，塑料的小碗，加點料20元一份，問題是麪超級硬，味道也不好，難以下嚥，我直接扔了。連看着高大尚的飯店裡麪都給你用一次性的餐具，就路邊攤那種，成本真是壓縮那能讓你吐血。

態度極差，前台説你不滿就住喜來登去。給的房間密碼也是錯誤，大半夜我們是晚到了倒不至於這樣。以及酒店房間沒熱水，按服務員説的等也沒有，由於前台要打人的架勢，以至於不敢再找他們反饋熱水問題，導致全家人花錢去附近温泉店洗澡。這樣的酒店千萬別住

訂的湖景房，去到説沒有了，説我們原本訂的湖景房漲價到上千元了，攜程沒及時變更，所以要麼退款退房，要麼接受調到山景房，我問山景房退差價嗎？説沒有差價，因為山景房也漲價了。這種酒店和攜程調價操作上的不同步失誤，讓客户承擔後果有點不合適吧。説好的山景房其實是面對籃球場，房間衞生也一般。

朗軒，非常差的體驗！入住後，床是塌的，門是裂開的，叫來前台服務人員，態度叫一個差，一副愛住不住，不住走人的嘴臉，口中揚言：他衹是做生意的，不做服務！
要不是太晚，其他家也訂滿，實在找不到住的，衹能委屈的住下了。
床下面給你墊了個工具盒，就差墊板磚了。。床還是歪的。。
