Hotel is relatively new, kept in a very good condition. Staff working at front desk are very nice, a lot of smile, they put us at top floor, level 13, with 2.4m bed, very big, very comfortable. Location at the old side of the city, but walking distance to the highest water fountain. I am sure will come back again next time if I visit heyuan again.

酒店在老城區，周圍環境一般。離太平街不遠，也可走到河邊去看噴泉，噴泉表演是在晚8:00開始，總長半個小時。江邊還有幾家客家餐館，假期人氣很高，口味一般，可能是因為人多。
攜程訂的房間，到酒店後給升級了房間，還送了免費的早餐以及歡迎水果。酒店設施新，房間不大，電視大且非常清晰。床品，浴巾質量很好，床很舒服。淋浴間隔水性好，水很大。前台服務很好。早餐品種不是很多。不過有提供我喜歡的紅薯，玉米，芋頭，粉面也挺美味。總體性價比挺高的。

十分好的旅店，位置近市汽車總站，交通便行。
散步走到新豐江邊只幾分鐘。
衛生和設置都十分到位。
前台的小姐姐很有禮貌，態度親切。
餐廳的服務員盡責有禮，
有禮貌地勸阻我們過度的喧嘩，以免對其他客人做成滋擾。
值得嘉許！
付責清理房間的阿姨也很有禮貌。

工作人員服務很棒，客房阿姨很隨和，酒店環境很好，房型也還行。就是靠馬路房間的隔音一般。晚上的汽車聲比較吵。五一期間人很多，早餐補充的比較慢。總體值得推薦。下次再去還會住。

房間乾淨寬敞，床品舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，用品配備齊全，安全性適合老年選住。
地理位置在鬧市，近新豐江，出行方便。酒店馬路對面南側200米左右有河源粵運汽車總站。有發往各地的大巴中巴，十分方便。免去前往高鐵站的麻煩。
雙號房比較安靜。
特別介紹酒店早餐廳，食物非常豐富，比得上四星，四鑽酒店。看圖片。

房間設施很新，果然訂一個21年新的酒店沒錯。一堆朋友出遊，不管是雙床的行政房還是大床房都很好，而且入住送了酸奶和水果小餅乾，真的值得點贊。如果家庭來的話，建議訂個好點的大床房，2.4米真的很爽，比起五星酒店還好。這次朋友們訂了不同房型都覺得無敵大床挺好
