Started from checking-in procedure, since they see foreigner face, asked for tests, pulling on their masks 😷. No hot water in shower, broken tea-table...
booked "room with view", but got the view on construction 🚧 yard. breakfast without coffee ☕️ , bread, eggs 🍳 u can see the coffee in the name of the hotel

訂房送咖啡體驗券一張，然後去領咖啡的時候告訴你，杯子三塊1個，可以感受下他們的服務水平。如果送不起就不要送了，如果送了就讓顧客滿意，這樣送咖啡還主動求罵，也是不常見

環境：屬於過了幾年，第二次入住。體驗感比較差，離開酒店後忘記拿了腰帶，讓前台找下，打了至少五個電話，從早上到最後一個電話截止一上午了，態度十分敷衍。最後説等下回復我，然後我沒問就也沒有後續了。

霸王條例設定手機不能投屏，電視裏面衹有極光TV一個程序可以使用，是和騰訊極光TV合作收費模式吧，我開會員一天19.9RMB沒問題 關鍵想看的影片跟手機騰訊視頻不同步很多沒有的！想看電影變相強制收費體驗還不一樣！垃圾酒店！不是衹有你們一間酒店！以後不會再來，之前可電視可以隨便使用 經常住這一家酒店！體驗極度不滿意！
