這次回鄆城住在鄆州大酒店，非常好，酒店高端大氣，環境優美，酒店有好大的庭院，晚上吃完飯在酒店的庭院裏散步，幽靜又愜意；房間寬敞乾淨，服務周到，早上自助餐也很好吃，同行的長者對這個酒店讚不絕口，下次回來還住這裏！

前台服務態度級差，酒店牆壁發酶，早晨洗澡直接沒有熱水，説跳閘了，這麼大酒店竟然能跳閘也沒發現嗎？安全何在？真不知道這個四鑽是按照什麼標準評定的！並且反饋後也沒有下文了。

酒店很大，窗外就是很大的廣場，房間面積也可以，相對比較乾淨。距離水滸好漢城步行不超過十分鐘。自助早餐菜品不是太多，但做的還算是比較可口。前台服務員態度不算熱情。

衞生堪憂，牆壁上還有蜘蛛螞蟻爬來爬去，隔音就別提了，走廊説話能聽清楚，隔壁打呼嚕更是弄的一晚上睡不着覺，第一天入住有兩瓶礦泉水，喝完了打電話再要説要收費，總之很差勁，第一次給差評，大家避雷吧，我是再也不會住這裏了，還有就是床超級硬，枕頭還有黃色的痕跡，連鎖快捷酒店也比這個酒店強太多了。

環境是沒得説的，鄆城很頂級的酒店了，很想再入住，但是就是有些前台工作人員態度不好，酒店住的不僅僅是環境也是體驗，服務作為體驗非常重要的一環我覺得需要再加強。印象有一個女性工作人員比較胖一些臉比較圓個子不太高的睫毛種的很濃的會不耐煩。也有態度很好的一個瘦一些的一個女工作人員也是種的睫毛，服務很到位，面帶微笑温柔耐心很熱情。還有一些工作人員相對來説比較冷漠，前台工作人員多了用處不大，都站在那裡冷着臉很影響客人的心情，不如好好精簡一下，篩選一些真正能夠在高端酒店服務客人的。希望老闆在篩選員工方面多考察一下，拿着工資給客人甩臉子傷害的不僅僅是客户也是老闆的利益，定位高端的酒店不應該在服務上出紕漏，如果能夠改進我回鄆城應該衹會住鄆州酒店，畢竟環境真的很好。

非常滿意，每次入住都是很好的體驗，如果房間有個小冰箱就完美了，房間大，乾淨衞生，安靜是個非常不錯的選擇，入住時間比較長還買了鮮花，有家的感覺
