My room was absolutely filthy. Dirt in every corner of the armrest on the chair had a burn hole in it. There was still coffee stains on top of the microwave from the previous gas. The refrigerator did not work and I only got four TV channels which place in the downstairs unit by the stairway, which got very limited Wi-Fi bedspread Was filthy had pet hair all over everything

We checked in and went to bed and in the middle of the night killed multiple roaches and then woke up to water that had leaked under our door. When I made a complaint as we went to check out the manager asked if we came to the lady in the office in the middle of the night and made a complaint and that she would have switched us rooms. We were half asleep and stressed from a long day so that in the middle of the night was not our idea of how to handle it. The cleanliness of this facility was not the best and we will probably not be staying here again. Very disappointed with the way management handle the situation.

We like to spend time with friends on Lake Placid and always go to this hotel. Its quite , easy to find it, the ladies were very nice, Check-in and checkout was just a minute and breakfast was nice 👍.

I’d probably pick Ramada hoping for the same experience. Great place, nice staff, easy check in and out! Great room, I was skeptical cuz the great price but was happily surprised at the quality!!

The front desk folks were so nice but the room was dilapidated and dirty. The sheets were spotted and the floors were sticky. The beds were terrible and squeaky.

The walls were nasty. The beds had stains and were so squeaky. Would not recommend or stay again. Staff was great. The building needs major updating or major repairs.

The hotel staff was very nice. But I have reservations about cleanliness. The walls and doors in the room were very dirty, the fridge stank. And the biggest problem was the Internet, there was no Internet at all, which was a big problem for me because I was in the hotel for 5 days. And the information says that the Internet is free. I consider this a fraud.
