Fantastic place, had a wonderful 4 days and could easily stay longer. Service was outstanding and food was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable with great view. We had room 106, chosen for bed softness. They were all different so if this matters to you ask to see a view rooms and check beds. The staff were the best, very attentive, just lovely.

I spent 10 days there and it felt like home. The staff and manager is extremely friendly, helpful in any matter and really care about the hotel and guests. The breakfasts were delicious, Patt cooked and served pancakes, fish, made coffee and other specialities. There is beautiful beach, calm and quiet, but center of Hikkaduwa can be reached on foot. The clean and intimate swimming pool and the beautiful garden where you can enjoy the richness of plants are also very nice. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Rommet var helt greit, bortsett fra at sengen var hard. Resten av stedet virker som ingen har gjort noe med på flere år. Det har ett forlatt og slitent preg over seg. Poolen var møkkete og hadde veldig grumsete vann. Den kan ikke har blitt rengjort på veldig lenge. Det samme gjelder resten av uteområdet som kunne vært fint hvis noen ryddet opp og ga det litt kjærlighet.
På vei ned til frokost området og stranden må man dukke under grener da det er helt gjengrodd.
Personalet var hyggelig og hjelpsomme, bortsett fra eieren som virket ganske hoven og creepy. Vi fikk inntrykket av at han så på oss som dumme turister og han snakket til oss på en ovenfra og ned måte.
Hadde jeg blitt her en dag lenger hadde jeg blitt deprimert. Det kan kanskje forklare oppførselen til eieren..
