I stayed here for a night with the family on our way south for our Summer vacation this year. For that purpose Lindemann Hotel is perfectly fine. Room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom similarly so. The place has Wifi, and the breakfast was fine. Service was welcoming and efficient. As for the location, this is well located for when you come by car. However, it's not the place to stay, if you expect to leave your car at the hotel, and walk everywhere from. You are in a commercial/industrial zone outside of the city center, and it's not walking distance. I liked the firmness of the beds, but my wife found them too firm for her liking. But obviously that's a subjective issue. This is one of those places that are perfectly fine to stay at for a night or two. But I don't think I'd care to spend an entire vacation holed up there. I have no complaints about the hotel, but don't expect it to be something it isn't. I'd stay here again, if I were to come through some other time, and need a place to sleep, before driving on again in the morning.
