I come to Chattanooga every 2 to 3 months for wrestling show and always stay at the Quality Inn

The hotel staff & the breakfast options were fine. The hotel itself seems a bit outdated & could use some updates. There was something going on with the 1st floor hallway with a possible water leak as there was a dehumidifier in the hall. Room 115 had some wall damage & the bathroom sink needs some serious Liquid Plumber help as it had poor drainage. Had an item fall behind the TV stand & it came out al dusty. There was an old coffee cup back there as well. Doesn't appear it has been cleaned in a while. Thankfully there were four pillows on the bed as I have not seen pillows that small. They were the size of my forearm.

The lobby, and room were clean and well prepared. No issues parking and outside was clean. My stay from checking to check was enjoyable. I would stay again.

My husband and I ALWAYS STAY HERE because they are so accommodating, friendly and welcoming. From the entrance to the room to the checkout is AMAZING. There’s plenty of things to do around the motel and walking distance to the mall and restaurants. The room is very comfortable and quiet and you definitely get a great nights sleep. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone and everyone to stay here.

To be an older faculty and just being remodeled. It was not bad. However, they need to work having their juice machine fix even though they had a gallon of orange in a refrigerator. Maybe bring next door to Burger King makes having a free breakfast a little hard. .But if they are not offering something good ,rhen why have it at all.

Swimming pool was a fun summer amenity but needs a good cleaning.
Water pressure in room was very good.
Room was not very clean and AC unit stunk.
