No complaints about this hotel. Like old building, but pretty clean. Location is the best, staff are friendly, & breakfast was good Room for 4 was spacious but no window.. I choose this hotel because it's close to Futa bus, where I continue my trip to Dalat.

I had to change room 3 times during my 6 days trip. The first room was super dirty, the second one I found a used condom next to my head, I felt really disgusted about it, after complaining to the management, they took my case very seriously, moved me to another room and did what they could to make sure there wouldn’t be further complain. Oh yeah no hot water for 4 days aswell, indeed I gave up on it and took cold water shower. Beside that, the location is great. Most staff don’t speak English but are reasonably friendly. The services such as motorcycle renting and tours are overpriced but acceptable.

The room is extremely noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. During the booking process, I had requested a room far away from the elevator. However, the staff still managed to arrange my room opposite the elevator.

The room was very different from the photos shown on the website. It was old, the bed was hard, and the door lock was loose. Since we stayed on the top floor, we could clearly hear the housekeeping staff talking loudly and doors slamming early in the morning. The only positive experience was with the staff member who brought me a Coke at breakfast and helped carry my luggage up the road, as there is no lift upon arrival. Overall, not recommended if you have suitcases.

I had a pleasant stay at A25 Hotel - 274 De Tham. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering a good selection each morning. The room was clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. One special appreciation goes to the staff member stationed at the entrance, dressed in black. He was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. His warm attitude and willingness to assist truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the overall experience. I would happily recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

On my last day, I had an early 3 AM flight, so I picked a hotel close to Pham Ngu Lao Street. Honestly, I regret it immensely. The room had zero soundproofing; I could hear everything happening outside. This was my first time trying A25, and throughout my entire stay, the best service I received was from the security guard at the entrance.
