The apartment rooms are exquisitely decorated, the service attitude is good, and the customer service can speak Chinese, which is really convenient. If you don't understand something abroad, you can still ask her. The apartment is next to Tower 81 and has a nice view of the city center. The rooms are well-equipped with kitchenware and provide a great experience.

I really enjoyed my week stay at The Bloom. The room was spacious. The best thing about the hotel is the front desk staff was very attentive. They are good at opening doors 24/7. I arrived six hours early before check-in and I was helped a lot with recommendations and was welcomed really well by Phuoc (sorry maybe the spelling is wrong) - he was great! We also really enjoyed Quin who we bothered everyday with advice lol! There was also the tall man and the other man who is usually there were really helpful as well. Thank you for making our stay very very accommodating. Thank you so much! See you again!

I booked one night for working stay. The apartment is nearby the city center and can go through by Dien Bien Phu st / Xo Viet Nghe Tinh st. Not many restaurants nearby, or early closed, but there were also a cf shop and ministop which are easy to walk there. Room was modern, large and convenient. The electricity was really strong. The bathroom was clean and cosy with big shampoo/soap bottles. They have good TV signals and many internet connections but quite unstabled. I came in at night so the balcony was not-in-use with me and when I woke up, the bright from outside is so good to enjoy. Not many staffs, just an elder housekeeper who is very kind, sympathetic and helpful. The security was good so pleasure staying there. Tips: they have a kitchen with full equipped, I don't think you should cook but may be, you can enjoy a cup of hot instant noodles and a cosy sofa when you want to have a break after long time using computer.

We arrived after 4 hrs of dusty hot travel to a nightmare. We booked a Deluxe Studio but what we got was not what was pictured. My partner spoke to the owner over the phone and she kept rambling about how it's not her fault. That Agoda was fault and posted the wrong pictures. What?!!? She admitted that this issue has happened several times before. We asked why she has not fixed the issue with Agoda yet to which she didn't reply but instead resumed to complaining it was not her fault but Agoda's. We contacted Agoda but they didn't help much either. Finally, the receptionist gentlemen agreed to sidestep the incompetent owner and promised to give us the room that we booked as advertised the next day. We definitely appreciated him. Also wi-fi was spotty. But the hotel was new and clean. The hot water in the shower was pretty decent.

NO SPA AS ADVERTISED WE BOOKED MONTHS AGO TO FIND OUT THIS ISNT EVEN A SPA HOTEL. Restaurant worker very creepy super unsatisfied with the experience in general, I did not get served was told I had to get my own food. When I was getting my food a male restaurant worker came to stare at my pregnant wife (this was the fourth time he made her uncomfortable over two days). this creepy man paced back and forth near our table toward the back of the restaurant (we wanted privacy) despite there being no one else in the place. will never come back there again. Ordered pork ribs and it was entirely bones barely any meat or flavoring on the chicken pesto spent over $20 USD for literal fried garbage. Pesto chicken had no flavor. OVERPRICED, as was everything in the “spa hotel” (once again NO SPA FALSE ADVERTISING!!!) Staff never gave us an elevator key, which is different than the room key, so we spent fifteen minutes just trying to get back downstairs after a horrible “restaurant” experience. They couldn’t figure out how to get us down either. Was told the manager would be up to talk with us shortly and after about an hour and a half I had to call the front desk twice before they actually sent someone, not a manager, to our room who had zero solution to any issues just promised us “free stuff”. Which we never received. On top of my money back I want my time back! Horrible hotel DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want a misleading, extorting experience. You’d be better off at an air b n b. Overpriced and a terrible time. Rooms are not soundproof you can hear everyone’s conversations outside and every door slam shut. My pregnant wife and I barely got any sleep, and it was supposed to be a spa hotel experience. What a joke! Management NEVER came to speak with us. They just ignored us all day. I’m assuming there is no management on staff as no one ever came to talk to us, which seems incredible. DONT STAY HERE save money and have a better experience anywhere else.

It is a good place to stay in for those who want to spend their time in calm & peace. Our room has a pretty big balcony on which there are two beach bed chairs and a table and from which we could enjoy a beautiful view of the white church located across the street. And plus, there were not a huge range of food at the breakfast restaurant but they serve you really authentic Vietnamese, home-made like food such as pork noodles (Pho), stir-fried egg rice etc that make your mouth water. My favorite was their high quality coffee that had a good aroma & tasted smooth & mild.

The location of the hotel seems to be the best. Amenities and restaurants nearby, parks within walking distance. Vinhome itself is a wealthy area, so security issues are good. The street itself is clean. However, it seems like it takes a little more money to enjoy good service. But I recommend it. I do haha

i visited ho chi minh saigon for 4 days business trip , but i only booked 1 night because i didnt know if this hotel was suitable , when i checked into the hotel and went back to my room to rest , the room was very clean and there coffee and tea for me enjoy in the room . after staying for 1 night , i was really staisfied . the hotel breakfast also had a lot of choies , i later stayed in 2 more night again . after checking out on the third day i took the grad car to the airport , when i arrived at the airport checkin my luggage , I realized my laptop was left in the hotel lobby，i quickly called the hotel，fortunately the hotel staff helped me put it away , and then i returned to the hotel to pick up back to my laptop . fortunately i chose a hotel not far from the airport , i successfully returned to airport to board my flight country. I would like to thank a lot of the hotel staff for its service. If I come to Ho Chi Minh City for business next time, I will still choose this saigon eastin grand hotel again..

My stay at the apartment was absolutely incredible. The apartment was stylish and luxurious, and the view of the city was breathtaking. The convenience of being located within the Vinhome Building was a major plus. I loved being able to easily access the observation deck, where I could take in the stunning panoramic views. The presence of local restaurants, cafes, and shops made my stay extremely convenient. I highly recommend the apartment.

The room was not bad, the toilet in the room had a smell. Security guards will help with the box. There is a Vietnamese powder nearby that is very cheap and can be eaten at 3w5, and the taste is not bad. The convenience store next to it is also covered, and there is a coffee shop in the gym downstairs.
