*Beware of Parking scam if you are driving* - hotel is clean, location is nearby airport which is good for a stay before your flight. - food is good with many choices. ***MINUS point: - Free parking is listed in Amenities but we were charged parking fees (200.000 VND/night) when checking out - we contacted the hotel again to ask via app’s Chat function (as we already left Vietnam), hotel staff did not respond so we needed to reach out to TRIP to report. - Hotel Staff told TRIP because we did not ask for free parking ticket, which is not making sense, because: 1. Staff did not consult that we need to ask for free parking ticket since we checked in til the time we asked for area to park. No one give or advise guests about free parking ticket. 2. When we took our car in the morning, my husband told the security guard that we are hotel’s guests, but the security guard still kept silent and collected parking fees (without giving any receipt, he kept pretending writing something on paper but did not give to us). As we were in a rush to airport, thus, we could not waste any minutes. =＞ this is either a scam where staff sharing parking fees earned from guests who did not aware on the free parking listed, or staff’s negligence in serving customers. Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel

The accommodation turned on the air conditioner to the point where it was cold, so I was able to stay without any inconvenience, and the surrounding atmosphere was comfortable, so I had a better time than I thought. The hotel is new so it is very clean, the appliances and systems are very new, the staff is lovely, enthusiastic, very friendly. My family went with small children but very fully equipped. It's also convenient to travel. The room is quite spacious and comfortable, soundproofing is also good. Although the baby crying is afraid of disturbing the next room, it is always quiet when going out.
