The location is very close to the city center and the view is beautiful. It was very cold, but the hotel bathroom had heating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. It also had an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We stayed on the highest floor, the 5th floor, which has an elevator.

The room was clean and quiet, and the front desk staff were professional and welcoming, with good English communication. It was a great stay. Rooms are cleaned once every seven days, and you can call the front desk for anything you need. Parking costs AUD 28 per day in the hotel's own parking lot, though we didn't use it. The apartment felt as comfortable as home; everything was excellent.

Centrally located yet quiet. The pick-up point for day trips is very close, and it's near the bar street. The exterior is old-fashioned, but the interior is modern, with a separate kitchen and a washer-dryer combo, which is very convenient for travelers. The room is spacious, clean, and tidy. Housekeeping is not provided daily, and the front desk closes in the evenings. For check-out, it's best to inform the front desk in advance. Service is entirely in English, and a credit card deposit is required. Overall, I'm satisfied and highly recommend it.

The hotel had all the necessary appliances for a family trip, providing great convenience, and I was very satisfied! The only downside was that parking spaces need to be reserved in advance; otherwise, there might not be any available. Luckily, I returned the car on the first night of my stay. When I booked the hotel, I only noticed that there were parking spaces available but didn't see the requirement to reserve one. Could the platform add this option?

The check-in service is only from 8 am to 8 pm. We arrived at around 9 pm and it took a lot of effort to check in by ourselves. We had to make a phone call, provide card information, and open a wallet. Friends who check in late should make sure to receive an email informing them how to self-check in. There are no other service facilities. After all, it is an apartment. The design of the apartment is very spacious, and the water is hot enough. You can wash clothes in the washing machine in the room, and there is laundry detergent/washing powder. The location is very good, very close to Salamanca Market / Brooke Street Pier, and very quiet at night. The cleanliness is okay and acceptable.
