LLTR-OneThe hotel is not bad, the room is big enough, but there is a problem with the room, the hot water comes slowly, the wash basin is not warm after a minute, the guy at the front desk feels like I owe him money, it's a bit speechless, I don't know if he is in a bad mood, haha. I feel that the service of this hotel is not proactive, whether it is the floor waiter or the front desk.

I stayed 4 days and 3 nights, I can mention that the positive things at the hotel was the front desk staff Ms. July who was very empathic and pro active before and during the check in.
Free pick up service, free tour to grassland! Highly appreciate it guys.

The tour agency located at the lobby is little bit rude and not professional. We got 1 free tour to rhe grassland and one paied but in both ocasions driver never dropped us back to the hotel.

Compared with them, Qinghan Homestay (Dazhao Historical and Cultural Tourism Area) is way much better.Qinghan Homestay (Dazhao Historical and Cultural Tourism Area) is near to a big square where lots of activities happen everyday and night
Lots of street food and things to see here.
Also hotel provide FREE trip to the desert, including a FREE lunch.
Also, we were very pleased to be served by the front desk lady and guy today, 3 July 2024, when we check out
The guy even was so kind to drive us to our next destination when they realised we had issues booking the taxi

From the floor corridor when the lift opens to our room, you can smell a very sweet flowery frangrance.

GGuest UserIt's very good. The service is very friendly. Every time I go back and forth, I help open the door, carry the luggage and send it to the rental. I will stay here on business trips. The safety and health facilities are complete. The check-in experience is very good. The breakfast is also very rich, but the wifi in the room sometimes does not work well.

I went on a trip with my girlfriend. We used to book rooms on Marriott's official website. But this time, Marriott's official website was a bit disappointing and we didn't get in. So we booked on Ctrip. Overall, I was very satisfied. I was especially grateful to a young man named Allen at the front desk. He was very friendly and gave us an upgrade. The most important thing was that they gave us a super cute little camel, which was just right as a decoration at home. 😄😄😄

There is a gas station more than 100 meters away from the hotel, so it is a good choice to take a break as a self-driving tour. In addition, hotel services and facilities are also good.

SShionScHotel is nothing crazy and not extramly clean nor renovated, however for it’s pice it is quite a good option. Anlso nice to have some complementary bottled water every day :)

CCurt 常鹰This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences.
First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian).
My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated.
My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place?
My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location.
All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now.
